  • Our cute, family-friendly townhouse is the perfect setup for a fun Panama City Beach vacation! Quick walk to beach access without having to cross an intersection. Located on the beach-side of South Thomas Drive at Biltmore Beach, you will find the location could not be any better. Far enough from the chaos but close enough to everything. Inside the townhouse you will have everything you need for a relaxing retreat!

    Also available for guest use during your stay, inside the Patio Closet, you will find a Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, Body Boards, Kids Sand Toys, and extra Patio Chairs.

    The private community pool is located at the end of the complex. Rest assured, you’ll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as pool use is for our community only.

    2 Assigned parking spaces directly in front of unit.

    A few important things to keep in mind:

    ⊹ Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, we do not offer early check-in or late check-outs

    ⊹ Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent, and 2 dishwasher pods) .We do not stock other items so please plan accordingly if you'll need additional items.


    ⊹ All linens are provided for your stay. We have a few Beach Towels which can be found in the main floor closet. Guests are permitted to use these towels either at the pool or the beach.

    ⊹ Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances must be followed. Quiet hours are from 10pm sharp to 9am. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.

    ⊹ We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate removal with no refund provided.

    ⊹ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip. Panama City Beach is a weather-dependent destination and my cancellation policy is Firm — outside the refund window I am unable to issue refunds for weather, cancelled activities or circumstances outside of either of our control. Please protect your investment.

Fantastic townhouse Clean, very nicely furnished, total beach house vibes. Great location, short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to. We will be coming back to turquoise townhouse next time in PCB Tanisha is a great host Very responsive to every question and /or concern although we did not have any concerns or complaints through out our stay Pool area is also very clean and pleasant Great place for a family vacation

Beautiful house and easy access to beach and coffee shop which we loved. Quiet and peaceful location. Convenient to other areas such as restaurants and activities. Had the best time here.

Checkin was a breeze, the home was immaculate and just what we needed for 3 nights! Spacious and comfortable. It’s in a prime spot between beach and attractions, so you aren’t really traveling far for entertainment. Greatful for the abundance of seasonings and accommodations to feel like home! Will be looking forward to another stay in the future!!!

We enjoyed our recent stay in PCB. The townhouse was very clean, and the small issues we encountered were immediately resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for families with children. The house includes all that you need to vacation with small children. The property came with lots of beach supplies and toys. All you need to bring is sunscreen and your bathing suit because the house includes a wagon, umbrella, beach toys, goggles, kites, towels, stroller, and chairs! Kitchen fully stocked with seasonings, utensils, and dishes. The property owner was so lovely and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we come back to Panama City we’ll be staying here again!

! Easy short walk to the beach too. Loved a dedicated parking spot and access to the amenities offered. The home overall was a great stay. If/When I’m back in the area I will try to book here again!

The house was clean you can see the beach from the master room. With it being super hot outside the house has fantastic AC. The beach access gate was closed due to renovations but there was an alternate route provided that led right to the beach. The host Tanisha stayed in contact provided an itinerary with local places to eat and go outside of tourist spots. The pool was heated and was literally steps away from the townhouse. I would definitely recommend staying here! The townhouse also provided beach chairs and accessories for kids like buckets pals and shovels.

Another great vacation.

We had another great vacation at the Turquoise Townhouse. The area was quiet and it was nice that the parking was right in front of the door. Our host was very prompt to answer our questions. The beach access was just down the block. It is also very close to St Andrews State Park. We will stay again soon.

Family friendly

This was by far one of the best and most family friendly places we have stayed in!! It is located near several shops and food places. Walking distance to the beach and a few cute shops, coffee places, a little bar for the adults in your group if you like drama free music. Overall even being on a main street it was very quiet and clean inside and out. The pool was great!! Loved all the cold friendly amenities like high chair, pack n play, stair gate, and stroller. Will definitely be booking again!!
