DETAILS: Livin’ it Lovin’ it is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Panama City Beach home located directly across the street from a beach access. Guests will love the Gulf views, a luxurious private saltwater pool, outdoor entertainment area, and the quiet residential area. Completely remodeled in 2022!

A peaceful front porch welcomes guests to Livin’ it Lovin’ it. Stepping inside, guests will find a convenient open storage area by the stairs—ideal for beach bags and bulky toys. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom has a shower/tub combo and enjoys views of the beach access. A bunkroom has built-in twin-over-twin and queen-over-queen bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the hall is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and views of the front porch and the Gulf beyond.

Guests will love spending time in the backyard’s covered pavilion and the custom-designed heated saltwater pool and sitting spa. An outdoor kitchen with a sink, professional gas grill, and gas cooktop with a power burner flanks a dining table and sitting area surrounding a wood-burning fireplace. A TV sitting area is in view from the spa, perfect for watching games. An incredible saltwater pool with a beautiful sparkly polished pebble tec surface (no scratched feet or swimsuit tears here with this custom smooth surface) has a sitting spa with 2 sitting shelves on either side. A wide sun shelf with bubblers and LED lights is a fun spot for little ones to splash and play while the big kids cool off in the pool. A sun deck complete with loungers and umbrella make for relaxing poolside reading. And, 2 in-pool ledge loungers surrounded by architected tropical landscaping make this oasis complete. An outdoor shower on the side of the house makes going from beach to home less of a sandy mess.

Outdoor stairs lead up from the pool deck to the home’s back deck and living area on the second floor, or guests can use the interior stairs. This spacious living area is furnished with comfy slip-covered sofas surrounding a large flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors reveal incredible Gulf views and open to the home’s front balcony. It’s a lovely place to enjoy warm beach breezes and watch for dolphins. Around the corner is a dining table that seats 8 and an open kitchen with an island that seats 4 designed with the gulf views in mind. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a farmhouse sink create an inviting area to prepare and enjoy meals.

It’s easy to explore this peaceful beach community on 3 included adult bikes. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options are close by at Pier Park, and it’s a short drive to the popular 30A area. With these Gulf views and this luxurious pool and outdoor space, Livin’ it Lovin’ it will book quickly.

The house was beautiful and the access to the beach is unmatched. There were some issues with the pool initially, however the rental company was quick to resolve to ensure no inconveniences for us. Would highly recommend & we will likely be staying here again!

Perfect location with a back yard oasis!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it fit our two families of 4 comfortably. The back yard oasis was perfection and a great way to relax away from the beach, soak in some memories and grill out. The property was a short walk across the street to the beach. You can see the waves from the balcony, which is where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Home, Great Location

Location is amazing, with beach views and just a short walk to the beach access. Overall, the house was clean and decently stocked with dishes and cookware (no seasonings). The kitchen, dining and living areas were spacious enough for our group of 8. But there were a few things that could use improvement. The minor issues: the master bedroom light switch is behind the door, there were plenty of towels but very few washcloths, the exterior doors leading to the front balcony and rear deck do not function properly and take both hands and a lot of effort to latch, and the pool deck and beach/pool equipment storage area were not clean and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Our biggest issue: the pool bubblers and hot tub jets are on a schedule and guests cannot turn them on themselves. That is not explained in the listing and since we were staying in December/January, the hot tub jets were pretty important to us. The welcome guide we received prior to check-in explained the scheduled hours and said you could request changes to them, which we did, and we did get them adjusted some, but they never fully adjusted to the hours we requested. They also never responded that they wouldn’t fully accommodate our request, just ignored part of our request (twice). Overall, it is a nice home and the location and views make up for most of the issues, but we were disappointed in the hot tub situation. If that issue were addressed, we would stay at this home again.

Great house and pool

We enjoyed staying here. The house was perfect and very clean. The outside pool and hot tub were amazing. The walk to the beach was just a few steps. Would stay here again.

Livin it Lovin it - ish

The home is beautiful, it is very well represented in the listing, and the location is great. We would stay there again based on those factors. However, getting the property management to assist with the pool while we were there was more difficult than it should have been. The listing states that if you want the jets and heat on in the pool/hot tub that you need to specifically request that with property management to avoid them being left on too much. I get this, I wouldn’t want them running 24/7 if it were mine either. However, if you’re going to have that requirement, then someone should be on top of that when it is requested. I made multiple requests to have the jets fixed so that even just the sunshelf jets were working, and I kept getting responses that they would handle it but they didn’t work 90% of the time we were there. I received a text from them on arrival day a few hours before check in saying that the pool needed cleaned and serviced, and that they would let me know when that would occur so that we were aware ahead of time. It was a back to back rental so I get that. The pool was never cleaned, and by Thursday (checked in Saturday), there was algae and build up everywhere and I had to escalate the request. They didn’t send someone until Friday morning so we got one full day of a clean pool. Cleaning guy said they had to add extra chemicals bc it was so bad. Property management needs some work, but the house itself is great overall.

Beautiful Property

We absolutely loved the outdoor area. The home is well stocked and beautiful. The only thing that was hard to get used to was no pool access from the bottom level, and no bathroom on pool level, so no avoiding stairs unless you go out front door and around the outside. Overall house is great!

Excellent property and location!

Overall, the property was perfect, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. The home is well appointed, and the backyard pool area is amazing. One caveat that we didn’t realize because it doesn’t state in the listing is that the hot tub cannot be controlled by the renter. This was disappointing, because responsible renters would not abuse that privilege, however we were not given an option. The rental company did provide us with a set daily “window” of heating time and bubble time, but again, that was not ideal because rarely did that window fit into our schedule for the day/evening. The rental company was very accommodating and is helpful with any issues that arise. We highly recommend the property!

Good property

Noteworthy things: bedrooms are on 1st floor, kitchen/dining/living room on 2nd floor, bringing groceries upstairs is a hassle. Light switch on master bedroom is behind the door. No handle inside master bathroom barn door so you have to “claw” your way out (also toilet fan doesn’t work). You need two hands to close the house’s main door or it won’t lock. Half bathroom located right outside kitchen/dining area so if you’re eating you can hear/smell everything. Found a live cockroach in kitchen one day. Bunk beds hard as a rock, my 10year old even transferred one day to the couch to be able to keep sleeping. Pool was dirty the whole week even when we were told someone would come to clean it (we had plenty of sunny days to do so). Outside area is great, we grilled 2 days. Master shower is excellent. The house is well furnished and lots of supplies are provided.

Loving it Living it!

The house was excellent for our family vacation (3 kids ranging from 2 to 9 years old). The location and beach access was phenomenal and the outdoor living space was where we spent most our evenings. With exception to one hiccup we had with the pool maintenance (which the property management co was responsive to), everything was just as adversitised. We will definitely plan on revisiting!

Amazing House

This home is beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location. The beach access is literally directly across the street. Even with little kids, it was an easy walk. The private pool was a real show stopper. It was so nice having the amazing space to ourselves. We grilled lunch by the pool and spent most of our time out there. The texture of the pool was scratchy on the kids fingers and toes and they all ended up a little beat up by the end of the week, but it didn’t stop them from wanting to play all day. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

We loved this property! This house is beautiful, immaculate and beyond well stocked! The location is absolutely perfect with quick easy access to the beach. Extremely helpful with kids in tow. The views of both the ocean, and the backyard oasis, are stunning. We will 100% plan a trip back to this location in the future!
