    -Parking is a separate $50 for one pass and guests must register online and pay before arrival. There is an option to purchase additional passes for a fee. Register and pay at the Edgewater Registration website prior to arrival at the guard gate.
    - RVs and trailers are not permitted during the high season. However, they are welcome during the low season, which spans from September 15th to May 15th.
    - Please note that some amenities including but not limited to golf and fitness center are a separate charge to the community. The charge for the fitness center is $15/day or $50/week for a couple. Resort/HOA fees are subject to change.
    -The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
    -This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
    -A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
    -Before arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
    -This unit is not suitable for pets.
    -Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use
    -Wristbands are provided for the amenities. If lost/stolen, guest will be charged $20.00 for replacement.

Great location for events at the convention center and close to bridge to the Lagoon and Beach. Our hosts were helpful and prompt with any questions and the property is nice.

You do have to pay for parking separate from the price. This adds an extra 100-150. Thankfully our host Abby was quick to help! Had to call host for wifi and trouble with opening the door with code

We had a great stay! The home looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, and the host did a great job communicating everything to us. This unit is across the street from the beach, but the tram system in the neighborhood made it so easy. It’s also a short walk across the bridge to the beach and lagoon pool. Our husbands got to play on the 9-hole course on property and also enjoyed it. We’d stay here again!

The room was not very clean. And the mattresses were very lumpy and old and need to be replacedWe were very close to the pool, which is amazing. The beach was fantastic and the golf cart assistants were amazing.

If your on a budget i guess it works

Mattresses felt like laying on a bunch of metal hangers poking you all night.....master box spring has a nasty stain like someone bleed out......mold all in showers and covered in dishwasher with mold.....couch was covered in sand then under cushions were handfuls of sand....hair and little pieces of trash everywhere on the floor ....after cleaning for 2 hours we could finally settle in....definitely left it cleaner than it was when we first got there....there was a vacuum cleaner that worked good in the closet

Change of plans

Rented last minute due to Hurricane Milton. Location was the best part. Walking distance to the ocean and over looking the small fairway on the golf course. We did not play golf but the course appeared to be smaller. Pool area was another bonus. Multiple kids in hot tubs the were just warm and no jets The condo itself had some issues, a dishwasher that was not in working order and a tv remote that didn't work at first but was given fresh batteries and was sluggish at best plus you had to be about 2 feet from the tv for it to work. Ceiling by and around the vent in the living room/ dining room were filthy. Also dirty bathroom ceiling in the primary bedroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and old. Kitchen was stocked ok. Patio furniture was also worn out and uncomfortable. We were given 2 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for each bathroom. No beach or pool towels. Beach chairs are old and umbrellas were ok. If I rented here again it would be for location
