Calypso III 1501, also known as "Coral Relief," is a clean, beautifully updated coastal condo perfectly situated along Panama City's iconic white beaches. Located on the 15th floor, this unit offers breathtaking, bird’s-eye views of the sparkling Gulf waters, soft white sands, and the excitement of Pier Park. Just steps from the beach and Pier Park, it’s an ideal spot for your family’s annual getaway.

The updated kitchen features granite countertops and all the cookware essentials you need to prepare meals with ease. Near the entry, a closet houses a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area comfortably seats six, with four additional barstools at the kitchen counter. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a sofa, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing or watching the sunset. Sliding glass doors lead to the spacious balcony, ideal for dining al fresco or enjoying a game of cards while taking in the views.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate toilet room. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin trundle bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great condo!

Beautiful condo and pool area. Elevators are fast. Great location! My only recommendation is to replace master mattress...it is sagging. Other than that, no complaints!

The property was just like the pictures online. A beautiful condo, Wonderful view, a great layout for families and privacy. Ive not stayed In Tower Ill before but we loved It! And will stay again. Would love to see a full length mirror added. Our new favorite condo at Calypso.

Beautiful condo

This is our 10th year staying at PCB and this has been our favorite unit we have stayed in. The view with the huge balcony is amazing and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. We loved this room and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was super clean and the fact that it was off season was great because there’s was no wait for the elevator. I cannot stress enough how clean and beautifully decorated the place is! The view is fantastic as well. The only minus is that the only elevator that goes up to 15 can be taken from 3rd floor and you cannot find parking at 3rd floor almost never. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay - unit was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds but . . .

We have stayed at the Calypso on several occasions but this was our first stay in Tower III. The unit is located directly on Front Beach Road. It is a corner unit so the balcony actually faces Front Beach Road. On Saturday night, there were people out cruising and revving their engines until 3:00 a.m. so if you are looking for a quiet location, this is not the place. However, if you are in to watching people do crazy things at all hours of the night, you will enjoy the location. We ate out for all of our meals but if you plan to cook in the unit, be prepared. The kitchen is not stocked like I'm used to when I rent from VRBO. We couldn't even find a pair of scissors to cut our wristband that we had to wear. This unit is run by a management company, not a private individual. Calypso now has a system in the parking garage where you have to scan a bar code to get in and out of the parking garage. We could not check-in until 4:00 p.m. (not a minute early); however, the parking attendant let us in the garage a few minutes early so that we could walk around, etc. After our check-in, we left the parking garage to eat dinner and buy some groceries. When we returned at 8:00 p.m., we could not get our bar code to get into the garage to work. The parking attendant looked at the paper and the bar code issued by the unit property management company reflected 11:00 p.m. as the time that we could start using the garage (it was supposed to say 11:00 a.m.). The parking attendant advised us to go the Calypso Office. I found an office on the property for Panhandle Rentals. The lady from Panhandle Rentals told me that I needed to speak with Gibson Beach Rentals and that I would have to call the number on the paper with the parking bar code. I called Gibson at 8:10 p.m. and got a recording that they closed at 8:00 p.m. and to call the after hours number. I called the after hours number and spoke to two different reps and both advised that Calypso was not listed as one of their properties so there was absolutely nothing that they could do for me. I put the rep on speaker so the parking attendant could hear her. Our paperwork for the unit clearly reflected Gibson Beach Rentals as the property owner so the parking attendant was kind enough to let us in the parking garage until we could speak with someone from Gibson the next morning. The issue was eventually worked out and Gibson took care of us but not before a lot of undue stress.
