Located right next to the famous Butterfly Park, sun-dappled corner lot next door to Butterfly Cottage, Butterfly Carriage House is a spacious, one-bedroom hideaway that’s perfect for four. Featuring a private cobblestone patio area with a gas grill, gas fire table, and a wrap-around terrace, this cozy loft keeps guests close to downtown, the beautiful beaches, and the impressive Cabana community swimming pool.

Professionally designed to be both chic and casual, the open living area features lots of natural light and an unmistakable coastal vibe. The spacious sofa faces a large HDTV, while a built-in window seat and a fold down sofa-bed that sleeps two if needed. Seaglass-colored walls, bleached wood floors, and seashell wind chimes in the corner create a perfectly relaxed beach-inspired hideaway.

Next to the living space is the open kitchen, complete with a peninsula bar and vibrantly tiled backsplash. High-end stainless steel appliances include a gas range, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave vent hood. The kitchen is well-designed and fully equipped to handle anything. You can choose to sip your morning mug of coffee at the interior bar, or outside on the private balcony that features rustic natural wood beams and an alfresco dining table.

In the single bedroom suite, there’s a deluxe king-size bed set against a wicker headboard and flanked by cozy reading lamps. The bedroom also features a large HDTV for watching movies before bed. The full-size bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and a stacked washer and dryer.

Butterfly Carriage House is perched on an exclusive corner lot in beautiful Rosemary Beach, keeping you close to both the popular Cabana community swimming pool as well as the Butterfly Gardens. When it’s time to hit the beach, the access point is a short drive or bike ride away. And the excitement and entertainment in the village are close by as well.

The space is updated and perfectly appointed. The mattress and linens were very comfortable. Everything you need is provided.We appreciated the access to the bikes and beach chairs especially since it is a short ride to the beach! The management company was responsive and helpful. We loved it so much we extended our stay an additional night!

Butterfly Cottage

A great place to stay in Rosemary Beach. It’s close to town & to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to find this place for just 2 people in such a great neighborhood & close to Cabana Pool too.

Such a charmer!

My husband and oldest son couldn't travel with us this year so it was just me and my 12 and 16 year old sons. We had plenty of space, comfortable sleeping. anrrangements, and all the amenities we expected We were within walking distance to the pools, beaches, shops and restaurants. We used the bikes a lot and they were great as well. I would definitely recommend Butterfly Carriage House and would stay here again.

Lovely carriage house

Bufferfly Carriage House is a lovely house for up to 4 people. With high-end finishes and nice decor, this place is spacious and comfortable. It also includes a nice outdoor area and 2 bikes.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

The carriage house worked perfectly for our mother/daughter getaway! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the balcony and using the bikes that were provided. We love spending time in Rosemary Beach!

Great carriage house

Great place and perfect for a small group. The parking is NOT at the house. This was our only miss communication. But plenty close by, so not an issue. Host communication was excellent! Be sure to bring any foil, plastic, Tupperware if you plan on eating there. Not stocked like most short term rentals. 100% stay again.

Perfect Mom/Daughter Trip!

My 22 year old daughter gave our trip 10 out of 10! The carriage house was ideal for our needs - plenty of space, fab location, immaculate. We only used our car once and that was to get a few groceries - otherwise we walked or biked. Rosemary Beach area is fantasy land - cannot wait to return!

Amazing stay so close to the beach

We absolutely enjoyed staying at the property. Walking, biking and additional access to the beach we’re all major perks. The place is so cute and well taken care of with all the amenities. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy all the sun! Owner came to say hi and was extremely nice to us:)

Good stay

Been to Rosemary many times and first time here. Usually get a little bigger place but mostly booked up when we went to book. Wife and I stayed with 2 young kids. It was a little tight but overall very good. Pullout was a king and 2 kids fit comfortably. It’s toward the back of Rosemary but with bikes it’s not a big deal. Kitchen was nice. Bathroom needs some updating but it was fine. Balconies are great.

Great Place

This place was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect, we were so close to everywhere we went during our stay. The place came with two bikes which we used daily. The living room was so cozy and the kitchen was perfect. This place was so clean and we had a great experience.
