Sunbird Condominiums located directly on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated it is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 618 square feet. The condo is directly on the beach with spectacular views of the gulf. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4 PERSONS, no exceptions there is a Ring Camera to verify occupancy. If you violate it you can be evicted and you will forfeit your reservation. No Pets . The condo sleeps 4 and is located on the 6th floor unit number is 610 WEST, this condo offers all the comforts of home. Bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has Corian countertops and its fully equipped for cooking. The condo has two flat screen TV's with cable as well as WIFI. The TV in the living room is a smart TV ready for all the streaming apps.

Sunbird offers three swimming pools one is heated, tennis courts and exercise gym. Step out of the elevator and you are steps away from the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.

Sunbird is conveniently located with in walking distance of restaurants as well as shopping. Sunbird has a gated parking lot, a parking permit must be purchased by the guest from the HOA office located on the ground level of the East tower next to the main pool. The parking pass is $35.00 for the duration of your stay, it is not a daily fee. While on the premises wrist bands are also required and must be worn by all guests, each wrist band is $6.00 and must also be purchased from the HOA office. There are beach chairs with umbrellas available for rent, daily or weekly rates. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own. Absolutely NO pets.
