The condo was spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Check in, parking, and daily access to the complex and the condo were very convenient. The beach was one of the prettiest and cleanest we have been to - even during spring break!One thing we weren't prepared for was the limited supplies for daily use items like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and garbage bags. Be sure to bring those with you to avoid the need and high costs for local purchase.

This property, host and maintenance team are TOP NOTCH!!!! We LOVED our stay here!!!! Highly recommend! The hostess is so kind, courteous and helpful! The maintenance guy was SUPER as well! Beautiful home for a family get away!

The apartment is great, comfortable, beautiful view...I highly recommend it. But the building is not very beautiful nor very clean, elevators are not enough wich means you may spend long time for them. However beach in front is very nice and I would definitly go back

Check in was hectic and slow. Some of the elevators were not working making it a hour wait to get to our condo. Having to leave your ID to attain a service cart is ridiculous. Do they really think those carts can be stolen?The condo was nice and fully equipped. My only complaint is: sand was found in a couple of the beds, so we had to wash all sheets before sleeping.

Host was great!! The condo was perfect for our family with 6 children. It was very clean and had a wonderful view!! Only problem was elevator but that is normal and we figured out busy times and tried to avoid. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Family vacation

The property was great! It was my extnded family of 11 people, ages 9-74. Very clean and had everything we needed like washer/dryer, crock pot, pots and pans and towels. Was in walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and site seeing locations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Allie was great to work with!

Great condo but the elevators are horrible!

The condo has everything you need with a great view. The bunkbed with the queen worked perfectly for the teenage girls. The only downside was the elevators.The wait was entirely too long and one was down.

Great Condo!

The only issues is the elevator waits as some were down but that is not the owners fault! Everything else was perfect! Also had to contact the owner for light bulbs late one night and responded super quick and had them the next morning!

Great unit, terrible elevators

The unit itself is great, very large and well appointed. Owner always responded very quickly with any questions prior to arrival. However the condo complex hurts the unit. For three days of our trip 4 of the 7 elevators were not working. There were times you would wait over 30 minutes for one (and this was not during peak season). More than once we walked down 22 flights to get to the beach. Other issue is with the chair rental company, who claims to own the beach. Very rude to anyone who brings their own chairs and umbrellas. I understand the rules about where you can set up your own umbrellas, but they insisted I move my umbrella a whole foot to be withing the guidelines, seriously...one foot. And this is with a baby using the shade. They threatened to move the umbrella if I did not move it, watched them move other guests umbrellas who were not with their belongings. Its a shame that things that are out of the control of the owner of this unit hurts them.

Great communication with Alli! Had everything you could possibly need. Clean. Plenty of space for a large group. We've stayed once before at Tidewater and most complaints are that the elevators are really slow. I was concerned being on the 22nd floor, but we didn't have any issues. Wonderful view! Would definitely return again:)

Alli was great! The check in was easy, the worst thing about Tidewater was the elevators which is unfortunate but if you loaded up for the day when you went down and avoided the busy times it was fine. We found the air up station for floats convenient as well as an ice machine on the property you can buy bags of ice. It was perfect for what we needed it for!

Elevatirs were horrible

The room was wonderful but i will never stay at tidewater again. The elevators were beyond terrible. I had to leave early because my back hurt so bad due to standing so long waiting on the elevator. Also, the pools were very dirty.

Great Condo/Host-Awful Elevators

Beautiful condo with even more beautiful views!!! The host did a great job communicating and fixing any issues promptly (there was miscommunication with the cleaners and our condo was unfortunately not clean upon arrival). We loved the proximity to Pier Park and the amenities at Tidewater. Unfortunately, the elevators are so small and take soooo long that we will not rent at Tidewater again. All high rises have wait times for elevators, but this was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Best advice, pack your lunch and your coolers for the whole day bc heading back up to the room might literally take hours.

It was a nice place for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Our only problem was the elevator situation. 2 were down, not owners fault but no one likes waiting for elevator when on vacation. They did have someone manning the elevator for 2 days which did help. The condo was clean and nice!

I love this condo

This property and the owner are awesome! The space is a very open floor plan and accommodated all 8 of my friends. It's clean and very nice. This was my second year renting this unit and I am looking forward to more great times there.

Perfection on the Beach

The condo is very spacious and we loved the wrap-around balcony! The decor was beautifully cozy and beachy. We were very happy with the location and all of the amenities at Tidewater. Ally, the owner, was quite helpful when I had a couple of requests/questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!!

The condo was amazing! Very clean and roomy for our group of 11. Amazing views too! We saw dolphins and manta rays in the water from the balcony. Alli was quick to respond when we needed something and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Luxurious Space

The property was able to accommodate all eleven of us including having a playpen for my granddaughter. I had to contact the owner twice with minor questions and I received a response within minutes. All the beds were comfortable and the 85 inch TV was great for when we watched movies. We had a great time and will use this property again on our next visit to Panama City Beach.
