Bill's Bay Breeze- relax on the porch and enjoy the view!

Bill's Bay Breeze is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway! The screened-in back porch is relaxing, with waterfront views of the bay and the wildlife! This house sleeps 8 and is roughly 10 houses down from Public Beach Access 3 on Alligator Point! You can also enjoy Alligator Point's Marina right down the road where you can launch your boat to enjoy a day of fishing and the Tiki Hut where they offer burgers, seafood and drinks! Bald Point State Park is just minutes away!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management. We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Quiet, remote neighborhood on Alligator Point.
The public beach access is just up the road- the home is on the bay, so you need to go to the public beach space to access the gulf.
There is a boat ramp about half a mile from the home closer to the end of the point.
While there is not a dock at the home, the bay gets very shallow, and our guests and family typically can just tie our boats off at a tree.
There is a tiki bar at the Marina, but other than that, you'll need to leave the Point to get to stores/shopping.

This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with an additional front room that has a full daybed. The left bedroom has a queen bed. The right bedroom has a full bed and twin bunks. We have maximized the sleeping spaces, but keep in mind that the home is small and has one bathroom. There is a TV in the living room and the front room with the daybed. Both are smart TVs. The laundry area is enclosed, but is outside the porch area in a separate space. We also keep beach chairs and some children's toys there (no floats- they pop too fast!). The charcoal grill is also in the laundry area for you to take out and use.

Our favorite thing about Bill's Bay Breeze is the porch- there are various couches and chairs, and it's a comfy place to watch the water and enjoy the breeze. There is also a picnic table outside under the trees near the shoreline. While it's not the gulf, you can swim in the bay, and our kids loved that, especially when they were little, because the water is calm and shallow.

Alligator Point is a remote area- there is no public transit, but golf carts are welcome!
