All in all a 5 star experience . However : access not very easy and completely remote ( 5 miles from Puerto Jimenez), for us it was ideal since we wish to avoid crowds and mainstay touristic avenues. "Surfhouse pavones is located steps from the beach allowing several surf sessions a day. There is a cafe restaurant next door with unreal smoothies. A little market right up the street has it all. The rooms at the surfhouse were clean and the kitchen has everything including a view of pavones. A lot of woodwork and art at the surfhouse and plenty of room for surfboards. The owner is laid back, accommodating and knowledgeable to make the experience unforgettable."
