"A great place to stay in the Santa Cruz mountains. A little tricky to find and get to with winding mountain roads and no signs but that is part of getting away from everything and hanging with the chicks and ducks and geese all a-clucking. Fully stocked bar and kitchen made it so easy to just have fun. The dozens of huge koi fish will practically climb out of the pond when you start feeding them, and the chickens seemed to like Fritos. "This was a fantastic place to relax near the beach. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed lounging in the living room, and on the covered porch and the very nice garden. "The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached...
