"We really liked this property and will definitely stay here again. Staff was professional and personable. I commented to front desk staff that the pictures completely and accurately depict the property and rooms - unusual! Our room was well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. Our only issue (a personal one to be sure) were the pillows - all were very stiff and hard. Would suggest that of the four pillows on each bed, one would be a much softer one. "

"The room was very clean. The staff we dealt with was one person doung everything and he was extremely efficient and polite. The parking was plentiful. We did not have any breakfast so I cant comment on that."

"This hotel is great for families. The lobby is very family friendly with large screen TVs, pool table and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are nice and there is always a friend to swim with. Breakfast is very nice with many selections and a pancake making machine that is fun for kids not to mention all the topping choices. The rooms are not as cozy as one would expect and the shower needed some maintenance due to staining but these were minor issues compared to the positive items mentioned...

"Housekeeping here needs to a better job cleaning the rooms. They also need to understand their own policies when it comes to checking out. Knocking at my doors 9 am and 10 am is not professional. Normal people knock using their hands but when you use an object like your wooden board that is very loud. Not only did you wake up my young kids but I am sure you have woken up entire floor. The lady that checks us in is always very nice and so is the lady who checked us out but I am feel robed the...

"They are “in the process of remodeling the property” to a “high end” property, there is no pool, no continental breakfast, the carpets are old and dirty, the beds need upgrades, they are hard and old and the pillows were tiny. The male staff member that I checked in with was rude. The only good thing about the property is it’s location. Next time I am spending the money to stay somewhere else! "

"The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. "
