"We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. "New property and it has everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. We ended up having a guest with a baby and they had everything stocked for a baby too! Crib, high chair, baby utensils/plates and baby gates. It was a comfortable set up. Beds were comfortable. Twin beds were very soft but no complaints. Queen bed upstairs had some blood stains on the sheets. They were clean but stained. But now that the owner is aware I would assume they would replace those. King bed and other queen...

"Beautiful property and great proximity to the Sundance Resort. The river is a great addition and enjoyed the scenery Tried to stay an extra 2 days, but David our host stopped responding the day we arrived. Disappointing because before we arrived he was so helpful. Kirk"

"We had a wonderful time at this great home! Our kids loved the way the rooms were set up so some could have quiet space for naps while others could be playing video games and ping pong. The parents and kids also loved golfing at Hobble creek golf course! That was a high light. The kitchen and dining areas were very adequat to accommodate our big family. Some of the appliances are showing a bit of wear but they worked fine for us.Checkin was easy. Rachel, our host, was the very best. Everything...
