We are located in Orem next to the scenic Provo Canyon, only 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, and just minutes from I-15, Sundance Ski Resort, BYU, and UVU.

A modern living room with a 60” smart TV, electric fireplace with heater, queen-size sleeper couch, and one-of-a-kind designer LED ceiling lights!

A two-person shower with a 12” rain head, wand, pebblestone floor, bench seat, and amazing LED lighting!

A dining room table, 4 chairs, and beautiful decor!

We WILL stay there again & so should you!!!! It was very clean, looked just like the pictures online. It was very homey, They had everything you would need, coffee, pots,pans, garbage bags, soap. We LOVED that everything was labeled from the remotes to the coffee, it was all so amazing. It was in a great, safe, quiet neighborhood. All the LED lights were a nice touch. I would highly highly recommend this place!

Nice fireplace, LED lights, rainfall shower head and decor! It was very clean and quiet. We would stay again! The owner was very thoughtful and had coffee and hot chocolate available, as well as extra blankets and bedding.

Everything was super clean. I loved all the led features, they definitely created a great vibe in the property. Loved that they provided hot chocolate pods and not only coffee. Everything about my stay was amazing! And the host was very accommodating! 10/10 would recommend! Definitely will be staying here again.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Check-in was easy and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We only cooked simple meals on this trip, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The LED lights are a pretty cool added touch, too. Communication with the owners was always prompt, and we’re already planning to stay here again.

Cozy Elegance

A refreshing space to reconnect and share our New Years aspirations. The lighting is fun and inviting. It is a cozy and elegant clean atmosphere with great energy. Labels are useful in storing a good enjoyable stay. We will be returning.
