Revival Acres: Historic Farmhouse on 5 Acres w/Stunning Mountain Views

  • Come enjoy farm field and mountain views from almost every window in our cozy 1930's Palmer Colony farmhouse. Everything has been remodeled to provide modern amenities while still giving a nod to the historic and rustic aesthetic. The beautiful original fir floors have been preserved. Soft-close cabinets, quartz and solid surface counters, tile bath surround, stainless appliances are all upgrades throughout!

    Two bedrooms upstairs (king & queen beds) and a memory foam sofa bed (full) in living room downstairs combine to accommodate up to 6 guests. Our farmhouse is well-suited for families, couples, or really anyone looking for a peaceful country getaway or home base for their Alaskan adventure. Cook in our fully-stocked, beautiful, spacious kitchen or order in and get delivery from numerous local restaurants. The spacious bathroom has double sinks and a full length mirror.

    Cozy up with a good book in the living room, enjoy wireless wifi, or use our Roku device to sign into your personal streaming accounts. The front courtyard is equip with yard games plus the back deck has a grill and large outdoor dining table. Only a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, yet wildlife sightings abound in our Alaskan countryside retreat (moose, fox, sandhill cranes, owls etc.).

    Near so many attractions including the Reindeer Farm, Musk Ox Farm, ATV tours, numerous hiking trails, Hatcher Pass, Knik River & Knik Glacier, Pyrah's U-Pick Farm, farmer's markets, Palmer museum & visitor center, golf course, gift shops, microbreweries, local restaurants, & coffee shops. If it's not listed, just ask. We're happy to answer any questions and point you in the right direction to make your stay with us the best it can possibly be.

    Located 50-58 miles from the Ted Steven's International Airport and about 8 miles from downtown Palmer. Exterior security cameras are located at three locations: front door/deck, front driveway & back door/deck. No smoking, drugs or parties on the premise. Front storm door is a necessity because of seasonal driving wind/rain. Please be sure to latch it tight when coming/going. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It’s such a beautiful house and property! The mountain views don’t seem real! Stephanie and her husband were so nice, helpful and communicative. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

A warm, cozy farmhouse with breathtaking mountain views. Just a short walk to Mirror Lake, where you can swim, kayak, or paddle board. Peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Incredible House outside Palmer, AK

We stayed at Revival Acres for our Alaska elopement and it was perfect! The location, scenery, and house were everything we were looking for. The property was clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again in the future.

Cute, Convenient, & Comfortable

Adorable property, amazing views, quiet, well equipped! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of dishes, and effective blackout blinds against the midnight sun. Friendly and responsive host!

Our family especially appreciated how thoughtfully stocked the house was, with added special touches! The hosts clearly take pride in being accommodating. The location was peaceful and the view outstanding!

Amazingly cute colony home, great location. We 100% recommend this house for your stay in Alaska. Everything was spotless, owner communication fantastic, and we had such a relaxing time. You won’t believe the views out the front windows; just stunning!

Cozy retreat

Went up to Alaska for a few days to get away. This was a cozy retreat off the beaten path and was very easy to access. It was an awesome property and quiet. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Palmer Getaway

This property was perfect for a several day trip to Palmer. The house was charming, cozy and had everything you could want for a home away from home. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was a delight to cook in. Close to many fun attractions, including the Reindeer Farm, Musk Ox Farm and hiking trails. And the views of Pioneer Peak and the Butte were fantastic. Looking forward to staying there again on our next visit to Palmer.

The perfect house for our Alaska adventure

We absolutely loved this home! We were in Alaska for 2 nights to do an atv tour and horse back riding tour of the Knix glacier/valley. The location of this home was perfect and we loved the small town/ country feel. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to come back and explore more of the Palmer/Butte area.

Wedding

This property was absolutely magical. My husband and I just got married at the Knik glacier and this was the perfect place to stay. The property is beautiful. Wonderful views of the mountains. What a wonderful home that is renovated but keeps the beauty of the old characteristics of the home. Just wonderful.

Amazing location and beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to make it feel like home. The house was immaculate, and the beds were comfy. We appreciated the outdoor games! The scenery was so beautiful that I didn't mind losing to my teen in a game of bags.
