"There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable"

There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. The hotel is also located in an area that isn’t easily accessible and requires pickup by the hotel driver. "Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"Wow - What a beautiful hotel, bar and dining experience! The town of Cetus is one of the quietest towns along the Amalfi coast and was a perfect jumping of spot for exploring the other towns (accessed by a short walk into town and hopping a ferry, or grabbing a bus (although the SITA buses were horribly unreliable while we were there)), and coming back to have cocktails or dinner above the ocean. The beach is accessible by elevator, and was gorgeous. There are so many good things to say about...

"Hotel was beautiful & Surrounding gardens to walk thru lovely. Breakfast buffet very good. Our 4th floor room overlooking the gardens was beautiful with all the amenities. The bar area was great & food was very good. The pool area was also beautiful too. Staff were courteous, professional and friendly, especially Antonio in the bar who took care of us every night! Overall an exceptional place to stay in Sand’angello, Italy! Loved it!"
