This 4-bedroom, 3,400 sq. ft. solar-powered home is located in the prestigious South Palm Springs neighborhood of Andreas Hills. Built in 2003, Haven House at Andreas Hills is located on a large private lot featuring privacy hedges, mature palms, grass areas, cactuses, lagoon-shaped saltwater pool, bubbling spa with waterfall, four chaise lounges, gas grill, gas fire pit and a large covered furnished patio. The Andreas Hills neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet you are only five minutes away from downtown Palm Springs and so has easy access to everything in the entire Coachella Valley. Also known as the Bel Air of Palm Springs, Andreas Hills is synonymous with luxury living. The homes here boast spectacular views of the desert floor, rugged canyons and majestic snow-capped peaks of the surrounding mountains. Many outdoor activities are located in the Andreas Hills area. For golfers, Indian Canyons Golf Resort is right next door, and for hikers, The Indian Canyons Palm Tree oasis is around the corner. In addition to the four bedrooms, the home has a cozy family room with 65" TV, sofa with chaise, bar and pool view. The family room is conveniently located next to the gourmet kitchen.
The well-appointed gourmet kitchen has a Wolf double oven, Wolf six-burner stove top and microwave oven. Other appliances include a Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher plus both drip and Keurig coffee makers.
