Host cookouts on the BBQ grill and gather at the six-person dining table for alfresco meals under twinkling bistro lights. As night falls, sip cocktails poolside while the LED-lit water shimmers against the desert sky. Just beyond the property, the newly completed CV Link offers a scenic, car-free pathway perfect for walking, jogging, or biking through Palm Springs. The trail runs right past the neighborhood, adding easy access to one of the area's most popular outdoor amenities and bringing extra energy and activity to the surrounding streetscape.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES Inside, Casa Linda blends retro charm with modern comfort. The bright main living room offers comfortable sofas, smart TV, and direct pool access for effortless indoor-outdoor enjoyment. The colorful modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of prep space. Start your day at the breakfast bar for four, or enjoy lively meals at the funky five-person dining table framed by bold retro hues. For convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer.

SLEEPING QUARTERS The primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace with printer, and French doors leading directly to the backyard pool paradise. A queen guest bedroom with TV provides comfort and style, while the third bedroom includes a full-size bed and smart TV. The queen and full bedrooms share access to a full bath with shower/tub combo. With hotel-quality linens and playful décor, every room feels welcoming and unique.
