The main bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with two nightstands and lamps, a smart TV, two large closets, views of the Northwest Greenbelt area, a walk-out to the back patio, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a water closet, and a large soaking tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a king bed with two nightstands and lamps, a smart TV, and a view of the front entry area. The guest bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom and off the dining area and features a tub/shower combination.



OUTDOOR

The back patio features northwestern exposure, outdoor dining for four, and a natural gas Weber grill. The closest community pool and spa is less than 40 feet away from the back patio. You can easily walk to the pool; it's only 40 feet away! Desert Falls is a beautiful area for walking, swimming, playing tennis, or enjoying a round of golf!

Good Anniversary Stay

Older property but updated. The gate was backed up and had to wait 5 stoplights to get in. They need better people manning gate. Master bedroom window all water spotted and one blind missing piece in dining room with a couple others not able to open or close without being uneven. The bottle of wine and balloon and card for anniversary was a nice touch.

Very nice condo and well equipped

The condo was extremely well stocked with so many things we weren't expecting. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were very close by. Unfortunately since we got sick right after arriving in the desert, we had to leave a week early. We let the office know we wouldn't be putting the trash cans outside for pickup since we wouldn't be there to bring them in. We would like to mention a couple of things. There was no spatula to turn eggs. Otherwise, the kitchen was great and has everything one could need. There was no way to lock the small door into the garage. There is one broken blind on the far right end entering the patio. The ceiling vent in the master blows directly onto the bed and makes it very cold. The ceiling fan in the master turns the wrong way (opposite from the one in the living room). If you were using heat, it would be right.
