"Our stay at Harborwalk Lodge was fantastic. It’s off the beaten path but close enough to Galveston where the drive is nominal. The breakfast was delicious, the room was great, and the owners are a joy. 10/10 would stay there again."

"Loved our room. Nice and spacious. It is about 10-15 from the main tourist areas, so keep that in mind. Easy check in and out. Would recommend and will stay again in the future "

"Very big room. Comfortable for my family to stay the night. Pull out bed/couch was uncomfortable. The actual beds were comfortable. Breakfast was meh. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels etc, but it did the trick. It was clean. Service was great. Pool and hot tub are outside. "

"The George Manor is a beautiful 1851 historic home that is well-maintained. The staff are awesome…and the food is professionally prepared and delicious! We enjoyed touring this home and learning its history. It is in an excellent location that is central to most all that Galveston has to offer. "The room was clean, hotel smelled good, and they're pet friendly. The pool is fun and the pool bar had lots of good options for adults and kids. The only downside was the free breakfast, the options were limited and space was tight. We had to take the food to our room. Otherwise, it was great!"

"There are several repairs that need to be addressed 1 window blind doesn’t work 2 door to balcony sticks at top left and needs repaired. 3 a/c needs some work our room was very warm after noon had to go buy a fan bc hotel doesn’t offer complimentary fans. 4. Was there 5 days had to request room service and go down to get clean towels."
