Serene and Beautiful Villa with Pool in Palm Bay

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is an amazing place to stay with family and friends. It’s located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood that close to everything including golf courses, shopping malls, nature parks, hospitals and beaches. Originally custom designed as a unique retirement home, this villa shines with its spacious floor plan, large windows, abundant natural light, and high ceilings. Retreat to the covered patio for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks under the sky as you observe the beautiful blue pool with no fear of mosquitos. Enjoy swimming in the pool in depths of 3-6 feet with multiple jacuzzi jets!

Note to our guests:

Please remember the following rules (if violated, immediate eviction or fines will follow):
No parties
No pets
No smoking
No food or drink in the bedrooms and pool
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7AM
No unauthorized overnight guests without prior approval from host

* An additional $500 penalties may be assessed for each violation or abuse of the rules above.

Guest will be charged for any damages to the property, furniture, or amenities. This includes damages or permanent stains on bed sheets or towels.
Additional cleaning fee may be assessed in cases where guests leave the house in an excessively dirty state.

There will be a guidebook on the coffee table in front of the TV to give you more information on the villa, appliances, and nearby attractions.

Our gardener and pool technician come every Friday usually in the early afternoon. They have access to the yard and pool.

Great place to stay for a family vacation. Everything was clean and comfortable. Good communication with homeowner. The Subdivision was calm and peaceful. Tiny drawbacks are some of the rooms needed some more lighting. The pool was not as big as the pictures made it seem to be and very cold. There was also kind of a weird smell in the living room, overall none of this really mattered for the enjoyment of our vacation.

This is our second time staying here in 4 months as we have family six minutes from the house. The house is always immaculate. It is so comfortable like we were truly staying in our own home. The amenities are plentiful, So many little touches of home. A notebook she put together is available in the living room that explains the TV, the pool, the house, nearby restaurants in the area, she has thought of everything. My family has loved staying in this house and looking forward to future visits to Palm Bay, and will definitely return to this home!! The host is always accommodating and gets back to us if we ever need anything so quickly, you have to stay here you will not regret it.

Stayed for a week to visit family close by. Quiet and comfortable. Family enjoyed visiting and using the pool. Furnished comfortably with many amenities. This was out first time using VRBO and we were very pleased. We will likely choose this property for future visits.

The host communicated well and provided any information and assistance when needed. However a few small easy fixes will be encouraged. In the pool walls we did noticed mold in between the lines, also mold was located inside the master bedroom bathroom stand up shower by the shampoo holder. In the kitchen I had a watermelon and two mangos, I went to grab one for my daughter and saw a small roach. On the dinning table of 6 seating one chair was missing.

The house was great and spacious! We loved the location, the pool and all the amenities around us. You minutes fromCamp Holly airboat rides, the beach, Andretti Thrill Park, and we ventured to the Space Center.

House is exactly as pictured. Everything you possibly need is there!! Pool was a plus for myself and great granddaughter!! Area has shopping, food and restaurants. Enjoyed every minute of our stay Will book again when I want that area. Host was quick to respond with any questions

Serene Stay

I love this house! The layout was comfortable, and the pool and patio were perfect. The house, pool, and grounds are beautifully maintained. The host kept us up to date on when the lawn and pool guys would be coming, so there were no surprises/unexpected visitors. Of note, the AC stopped working on Sunday while we were out all day. I contacted the host, who in turn contacted the property manager, who showed up soon after. He did his thing (I know nothing about AC except that it cools the house). He then contacted a friend in the HVAC field who luckily had the part and fixed the AC. While the property manager was waiting to hear back about the part, the host offered to put us up in a hotel for the night and surprised us by refunding some money for the inconvenience. I have read the same horror stories about VRBO gone sideways, but Rachina was an AWESOME host, and I would book again in a heartbeat.

Palm Bay Vaca

The house was immaculate upon arrival and well maintained. The neighborhood did not meet our expectations and the condition of the house was definitely a gem that stood out compared to the other homes. For example, our direct view of the neighbor’s house across the street had their lawn mower on their front porch by their front door that remained there for our entire month stay. Many of the other houses were in need of repair with some having dilapidated fences, etc.The appliances were all new and very nice. The pool is not heated so it limited our use of it. Based upon looking at the picture of the house online, we were under the impression we would have access to the garage and we did not. It was a comfortable stay and the stores in Bayside were a blessing.

Beautiful Home for Snow Birds

Since we are from Ohio, and came down to Florida for the whole month of February, we are considered Snow Birds! This home was perfect for us. My husband, daughter and myself, along with my sister and brother in law, stayed here together. We had plenty of room and enjoyed relaxing here. When we got there the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was always quick to respond if I had any questions, which was very helpful. The pool area had many chairs, including the lounge chairs. We had so many beautiful days out on the lanai. We definitely will come back here if we decide to stay in this part of Florida again. It was a perfect vacation and the host helped it to be that way. Thank you again for sharing your house with us. The only thing I would change is to have a heated pool! Since we snow birds go down to Florida to get out of the cold and snow in Ohio, it would be nice to be able to have the temp warm in the pool during the colder months. But I must say, my husband and I did take a couple plunges into the pool. It was cold, but we couldn't resist! Also, wanted to respond to one of the other reviews. Someone had said that there was no ice machine. Well, you asked, and the hosts responded. So everything is there that you would need to have a fun and relaxing stay.

Relaxing Stay

This is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful with anything I needed. She even helped me to extend my stay for an extra day. We visited for my daughter's 21st birthday. We enjoyed our stay and loved the day we spent together relaxing by the pool. It's also close to almost everything you want and within driving distance to all the Orlando parks.

Lovely Home

Very clean and spacious home with a great layout for our family of 5. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Our girls loved the pool which was at a very comfortable temperature despite being unheated (this was in August when it was very hot). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there are shopping areas just a few minutes away. We would have preferred window coverings on the large windows overlooking the back yard for added privacy - this was the only negative for us. This would not prevent us from returning though, it is a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location / Home for a Young Family with a Responsive Owner

The home has a great spacious floor plan for families with elementary school aged children. The owners have furnished it with high quality sheets, dishware and furnishings (not Ikea) the level at which I would personally use if I had a vacation home. There's a large dining table both inside and outside where my wife and I enjoyed working remotely. House rules are reasonable, no shoes inside the house, before you leave take the trash out, start the laundry & dishwasher. The location is in a quiet neighborhood great for relaxation. Three miles away on Malabar near I-95 are grocery stores, restaurants, banks and a cluster of WalMart, Home Depot & Lowes side by side. All appliances, A/C and fixtures worked as expected with exception of the refrigerator which unfortunately lead to some spoiled food & milk after our first night. Things happen, but what impressed me was how the owners were very empathetic and responsive. They explained that ordering another fridge takes days to be delivered which I know having recently bought one myself. So instead they had their property manager deliver a large mini-fridge within 30 minutes after our text late into in the evening and compensated us fairly for the lost food and trouble. My wife was hesitant to get a location without a heated pool, but what we discovered is in the heat and humidity of Florida you don't need it. It's not Arizona or Palm Springs where we definitely need a heated pool because it's a dry heat. When the time comes for another VRBO stay in Palm Bay, I would definitely return.
