Comfort Suites Palestine

I booked this room through Expedia.com. Upon arrival I was told there was no room available. I asked why and was told their computer system overbooked the hotel and since I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could or would do. We had to go to another town to get a room. Motel 6 Palestine, TX
Everything was very neat, clean, good parking, good AC. Nice stay overall but mattress on the bed was a bit too firm for me. Didn’t sleep well, tossed & turned as my shoulders were hurting.

Hampton Inn & Suites Palestine
Staff was very nice. We had not hot water in the shower one morning, then that night, we had to let the shower run 10 minutes to get hot water. We never got updates on the problem. Clean facility.
