Loft Trinacria con Vista Mare by Wonderful Italy

  • Wonderful loft in an historical building from the XIX century, with seaview over the Foro Italico and its seafront.



    Located on the third floor of Palazzo Trinacria from the XIX century, this loft boasts large windows and balconies with marvellous seaview.

    The cosy living area comes with a relaxing area furnished with a sofa and a double sofa bed where to watch TV or to enjoy the seaview, in addition to a dining area where to eat meals prepared in the small yet functional kitchen, equipped with every tool that may be needed. The living area also comes with a toilet tastefully decorated.

    The bedroom with a queen-sized bed is separated from the main space thanks to a sliding wood divider. From here, guests will have direct access to the main bathroom with shower, modernly furnished and of great effect thanks to the use of marble and the light selection.



    *We inform our guests that the building is currently subject to renovation and painting. For this reason it is possible that there will be noises during the day.



    *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



    Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



    The main train station is 15 minutes walking distance and is the end of line of both trains and buses from/to the airport.

It was a great location for a great sea view. However is was a long walk to any restaurant. When someone stays for longer than four day there should be a second set of towels for showering. Also kitchen towels should be added to the apartment there where none.

Apartment With A View

Beautiful place with a wonderful view of the harbor and the Sicilian coast. Easy walking distance to the downtown area of Palermo. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay a nice and comfortable one. Host was always available and very helpful.

Amazing location in the Kalsa district close to sites, scenes, nightlife, restaurants and shops. You cannot get a better view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the amenities are modern in a warehouse loft setting. E

The place was beautiful and in a great location with plenty of security and great view out the sliding doors. Nice view of the bay. Large, clean unit had a nice layout. The host was great, but when we found there were only 2 towels, a broken coffee pot and broken french press, I couldn't get a hold of anybody to help us. We had to buy our own French press to make our coffee. We tried to contact someone but, no one answered it calls, and texts. I would stay again but would look over to make sure the we're more than 2 towels and coffee makers work, which is unnecessary.

Great location along port - easy access to town, out trips....

Location itself was spot on - with our needs AND description. It is around corner from L'Ottava Nova (fabulous restaurant). AND free street parking for rental car out trips. We also were met easily and promptly...but we do need to share 1. Description indicates "construction noise diring the day" - what they don't make clear is that it is drilling to the extent of vibration into the bedroom!! If you get up early, you will have no problem, but .... 2.Greeter did not clarify that fridge had been set low as cost savings measure...food spoilage before it was clear that there was a problem! 3. Ants all through kitchen from moment of arrival.... 4. Difficult to keep things clean as only hand washing soap and one sponge and one handiwipe - so 3 became an increasing issue. Overall it worked, but wanted folks to learn from us!
