"Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. "The hostel is okay. Unfortunately they do not have AC and the wifi was not working while I was there and I needed to work. The staff could not help since the outage affected them as well. There was a large puddle of water on the room’s bathroom floor even though it looked like it was just cleaned up. I checked out 2 hours after check-in in and moved elsewhere."
