"Our first time in Czechia and this hotel was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and quick to fix an issue we had with the shower that was stuck on a very hot setting. We purchased the breakfast buffet each day and it was well worth it. A lot of hot and cold food options, and all fresh. My husband liked the scrambled eggs, pancakes, and yogurt with many topping options. I personally loved that when I got a hot coffee they also brought out hot, steamed milk. Location was great,...

"Stayed here for multiple nights, group of 3 people. Our first night was in the heatwave, so it was quite hot with no AC, only two fans. Otherwise, very comfortable rooms and living space, very clean, extremely well located in the city - you are 30 seconds from the main canal! The team was very responsive and we had no issues there. Would definitely stay again!"

"I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend."
