The villa LA MAGNIFICA in Tamariu with its exceptional location offers an ideal place to relax in total privacy. Here one lives in harmony with the environment, it was designed so as to benefit both from outside and from within. It is spacious, bright, comfortable and has WIFI with optical fiber. Its multitude of terraces for enjoying every moment of the day by choosing the shade or the sun, the sea view or the view of the pines and hills, according to his desires. The pool can be heated in May, June, September, October.

At street level you can park two cars in the garage where there is a freight elevators for shopping and luggage. A staircase offers access to the villa in a dominant position.
On the ground floor are living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace and the infinity pool (10 mx 4 m) facing the sea offering a spectacular sight.
A higher half floor you have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with double sinks and shower opening onto the rear terrace, garden.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with double sinks, shower, toilet and bath with sea view and access to a terrace.
On the roofs you will enjoy 2 large terraces with panoramic sea and mountain views.

Perfect home & perfect Hosts!

An absolutely stunning home! We loved everything about this gorgeous well maintained and relaxing home. Elisabeth & Pierre are the best hosts I have ever experienced! They met us upon arrival. Explained everything thoroughly and were simply delightful. Their home is spectacular! Immaculately clean and very comfortable. We explored several towns in the Costa Brava area. It is a perfect location. Highly recommend! There were five adults in our group including my 86 year old Mother. Will certainly be returning

Wow View

The view and the villa are in perfect harmony. Both stunning. Spacious accommodation. All the outdoor terraces you could possibly want. Just sit back and look out over the infinity pool. This little corner of the Costa Brava coastline doesn’t disappoint.

Fantastic villa and fabulous views

Our stay was from 14th to 24th September 2024, we were attracted to the villa because of the fabulous views and weren't disappointed! The villa is tastefully decorated and has everything one could need, the kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts Elisabeth and Pierre were extremely accommodating and helpful for both the check in and check out and keen to ensure we had everything we needed. The views front and rear to sea & mountains were spectacular particularly at sunrise & sunset, and all time in-between! Bravo.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed two weeks at this beautiful and tranquil property in July 2024. The views from the many front and back terraces are absolutely stunning and the location is a perfect base for exploring Tamariu and the other beautiful coastal villages. Elisabeth was a welcoming, accommodating, and responsive host. The house was well equipped and had everything we could have needed. The infinity pool also was a hit and the temperature was perfect in mid-July. We would love to return soon!

Excellent stay in Costa Brava

Stayed at this villa with a group of friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean, great floor plan in the villa for a group, and the hosts are wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!

Un excellent séjour chez Elisabeth qui nous a reçu personnellement et amicalement dans sa magnifique villa. Un très beau séjour qui nous a pleinement satisfait. Costa Brava Villa near Tamuriu

We (4 adults in our late 60's from the USA) stayed here in Early Sept 2023. The house was spotless clean & quiet. The pool was perfect. The view (sea & mountains) far exceed our expectations, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the appliances were easy use and everything worked. The bathrooms were modern, clean and everything was easy to operate and worked perfectly. Our host (Elizabeth) was extremely friendly, welcoming and it was easy to coordinate arrival & check out departure. The location of the villa was also perfect. We food shopped in open air market in Palafrugel and then picked up what ever we couldn't find at a huge supermarket in Palafrugel. From the villa we made day trips to Tamariu (beach), Platja d'Aiguablava (beach) & Playa Santa Cristina (beach), Pals/Palau-sator & Peratallada (medieval villages, Dali's House in Cadaque & The Dali Museum in Figueres. We cooked in the villa 3 times and ate out 4 times in nearby restaurants in Begur. In short, we couldn't have possibly had a better VRBO experience.

Luxusvilla mit einzigartigem Meerblick

Wir durften als Familie mit drei Kindern die Villa eine Woche lang nutzen - es war einfach traumhaft: Die Ausstattung der Villa ist hochwertig, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und die Aussicht aufs Meer unglaublich schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Views and more views

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this incredible villa. As noted by others, the views are amazing. Not only the seaside view over the infinity pool but also the bucolic mountains and forest out back. The huge house offers plenty of room to spread out and plenty of spaces for gathering. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. And though the house looks somewhat imposing and modern from the outside, its vibe inside is colorful and comfortable. We took day trips to Barcelona, Girona, and Figueres (the Dali museum is a must), but some of our favorite days were based right nearby: kayaking to hidden coves, hiking the Cami de Ronda, jumping off the diving board at Tamariu beach, shopping for dinner at the market in Palafrugell, sipping wine at nearby Mas Oller winery, and strolling through the incredible Cap Roig Botanical Garden. Elisabeth goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Gorgeous View

The house, property and view are exactly as advertised. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. I agree with the comments about the steep walk back up from the village of Taramiu but we managed it. Our only disappointment was that the pool never got warm enough to swim in. But we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the terrace and never tired of the gorgeous view. Elisabeth was a perfect host.

This place was unreal! Elisabeth is an absolute delight and just so lovely! The home has the MOST unbelievable view and is located in a beautiful neighborhood! The home was clean and the windows!!! They allow you to see the entire mediterranean! The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved having 3 full bathrooms! We would move in if Elisabeth would let us!

A great holiday with a truly stunning view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa with its stunning views. A very warm welcome from Elisabeth and Pierre got our week off to a great start. The infinity pool with its view of the sea is truly wonderful - difficult to tear yourself away. We also enjoyed watching sunsets from the roof terrace. Walked into Tamariu a couple of evenings to eat although the return uphill journey was a challenge with full stomachs and after a few drinks! Really enjoyed a visit to Begur on market day, exploring the narrow streets and had an excellent lunch here. Also enjoyed the easy coastal walk at Llafranc and one day we walked to the nearby beach of Aigua Blava for a swim but have to admit the return walk was a struggle in the heat. Elisabeth and Pierre were great hosts and responded quickly to any queries. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house.

Fantastic location and residence

Elizabeth and Pierre were very welcoming and the property was exactly as described. It’s a great location for accessing this lovely region and there was a good level of information provided. The villa has a great vista and is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. A few local restaurants in the town and many more just a short drive away. Overall excellent, better suited to older children rather than the very young.

Wonderful experience

Fantastic pool, awesome views from the back and front of the villa, amazing location! A great holiday enjoyed by all ages…2yrs to 86 years. Lots of steps though, you need to be quite fit but it’s a good way to work off the fab food from the nearby restaurants!

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Diesen traumhaften Ausblick kann kein Foto wiedergeben, man muss ihn einfach gesehen haben. Dann will man da nicht mehr weg. Die perfekte Ausstattung und Aufteilung des lichtdurchfluteten Hauses, die zauberhaften Orte und die wunderschöne Natur in der Umgebung machten es uns noch schwerer, wieder abzureisen. Und Elisabeth und Pierre waren so liebevolle, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wir haben sie im ersten Moment ins Herz geschlossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ein Tipp für Besitzer eines Elektroautos: Wir sind aus Deutschland mit einem E-Auto angereist und konnten es (nach voheriger Rücksprache mit Elisabeth und Pierre) in der Garage ganz bequem laden.

Fantastic villa with a beautiful view

We had an amazing week at this incredible villa. Gorgeous inside, it is quiet and restful, and the view over the infinity pool and sea is spectacular, and just as in the pictures. I found it a stunning place to swim, and also just to sit and watch the boats go by. At the back of the house are views of verdant forest. We watched the sunset here, and at dusk, saw a few bats flying among nearby trees. A magical experience. The house is kitted out with everything you need, including a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning. We also appreciated the beach parasols and bats and balls in the garage, which the owners were happy for you to borrow for beach trips. The location is great too, around 10 minutes drive from Begur, a beautiful historic town, which also is where you'll find the nearest large supermarket. There are multiple beaches nearby. We particularly loved Aigua Blava, a sandy beach a few minutes drive away where you can swim in crystal clear waters, and Llafranc, larger but still small enough to be very pretty and where you can hire paddle boards and kayaks. Nearby Tamariu has two little Spar stores plus beachside restaurants, and you can also buy fresh bread at the bakers/ cafe. You can walk into Tamariu – it's about 20 minutes downhill from the villa, though bear in mind that the road is pretty steep in places so going back is definitely more of a challenge. Elisabeth and Pierre were very welcoming and quick to reply with any queries. I would definitely recommend staying in this gorgeous house.
