The open kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as all cooking utensils and cutlery. A large dining table offers space for up to six people. The apartment features a spacious, covered terrace of 20 m² with a table and chairs, which invites you to shared meals or to linger outdoors.



The bathroom is functionally furnished with a shower, toilet and mirror. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Small pets are welcome by arrangement, with a maximum of two animals allowed, with a small additional fee. A private parking space is available on the property. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The property also offers a garden with shady spots and barbecue facilities that can be used by arrangement.
