Sunny Spacious Seaview stunner

A warm, modern holiday home with expansive town and sea views. Private, quiet, yet central. It is easy to relax in the home and setting. Paihia town is a 6 min walk to restaurants, beaches and amenities. No parking hassles! There’s all day sun. The spacious open plan layout makes great indoor/outdoor flow as the kitchen, dining and lounge lead onto two outdoor sunny decks with great views, outdoor furniture and BBQ. The home is family friendly. The master bedroom has an ensuite and its own deck with great private sea views from in bed! There are quality furnishings throughout. It has a well-equipped kitchen and things you would expect like a TV/home entertainment system, the internet, DVD's, books and games. There is a double garage with internal entry and safe roadside parking opposite the home. If you have a boat, there is inexpensive, secure boat storage close by.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Super location, just a 5 minute walk into town and a perfect central base from which to explore the Bay of Islands. Brett's communication was fantastic throughout. We loved the house itself. It met all of our needs. Steep driveway but we found it easy enough to manage. Easiest way is to reverse into the driveway from the street, and use the garage buzzer to go all the way up into the garage. Highly recommend this property!

Ladies 60th Birthday Celebration Trip

We loved the views from the accommodation and how accessible it was to the township of Piahia. We walked everywhere although we had our own transport. Two things to bear in mind the return walk to the house is very steep but a great workout after the extra bit of cake. The driveway was a tight squeeze for our hired Kia Carnival. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, games and DVDs. DDefinitely would stay againtigh

Lovely views with spacious living area

Enjoyed our stay at Sunny Spacious Seaview Stunner. The views of the Paihia harbour were beautiful, the house was clean and had all the kitchen and laundry equipment needed. The only downside was the bunk beds made noises when anyone moved. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay in this clean and comfortable house.Sitting in the chairs on the deck overlooking Paihia with a cup of drink was really relaxing!We enjoyed every minute of it!!

We enjoyed the views and the convenient location. We liked that their was plenty of room, lots of towels, and nice cotton bedding. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness, the aircon and the two bathrooms. We loved the atmosphere of Waitangi Day, and relaxing in the sea and sun.

We had a beautiful stay here in Paihia. Great location, beautiful home and super relaxing. Perfect base for day trips to Russell and up to Matauri Bay. Convenient to get into town but the house and views were so comfortable after days out that we were happy to relax and regroup. Only slight negative comment is that we found the upper bunk bed not suitable for an adult (even though my son is slight build) which we had assumed it might be so kids doubled up. Otherwise perfect stay.
