New home located in the highly desirable, quiet Greenehaven neighborhood just minutes from Page, Wahweap Marina, Antelope Canyon and so many other adventures. Enjoy the views of Lake Powell and the sunset alpenglow on the canyon walls from the oversized 15 ft sliding door in living room, 8 ft slider in master bedroom and 6 ft slider in back bedroom. Four Smart TVs, free WiFi, washer/dryer, patio furniture, BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. Towels and bed linens are included.

Great home base with all you need

We loved staying in this new, clean home and using it as home base for our adventures on Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park, Kanab, Peek-A-Boo canyon, and Grand Chamber, each of which were short, easy drives from the house through beautiful scenery. We ate in the house for breakfast and dinner every day. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the grill to be perfect for cooking with a view. It was perfect for us and our 3 grown kids.

Perfect Place for getaways

The place is Clean, new, tastefully decorated with open concept that makes cooking fun. The kitchen has ample kitchen utensils, with stunning view of Lake Powell . We enjoyed sitting outside soaking in the view and stargazing at night . The host is extremely helpful and gave us list of activities around the area. We can’t wait to go back !

Modern Lake Powell Heaven

This place had a long driveway which was perfect as I brought my boat with me (I have a massive 23ft surf boat and it fit on the driveway with ease) the home was beautiful and new and modern and had every kind of amenities that you could ever need but what did it for me was the view of lake Powell that this home has. Money can’t buy that. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Here are the top 10 things we love about this property: 1. Location, location, location 2. Fabulous views with amazing morning sunrises 3. Great floor plan providing privacy between bedrooms 4. Coffee provided 5. Class A accommodations 6. Fully stocked and ready-to-go laundry facilities 7. Outstanding stargazing while sitting in comfy chairs on back patio 8. Multi-slide glass doors across back patio - brings outdoors in during cooler months 9. Large showers with dual shower heads 10. Spotless upon arrival!

Fantastic place to stay!!

What a great place to stay when visiting northern AZ! Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy the area. Really appreciated the information book on site with recommendations for the area. Hosts were fantastic with communication and accommodating time change issues!! ;) You need to stay here if coming to the area!!

Nice location with an awesome view on Lake Powell. The house met our expectations. Unfortunately the garage isn’t accessible for renters. Some minor deficiencies for the kitchen ustensiles, we like to cook! And a bit noisy but efficient AC.

This was our first time to Arizona. We loved this home! Absolutely beautiful house with gorgeous views. So very happy we were able to stay here! We’d definitely come back, no doubt about it!

Great central location for fun

We stayed nine days in this rental. It was in a new neighborhood with plenty of empty lots. The view was amazing, especially when there was an alpine glow. Great central location for exploring a variety of slot canyons, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Vermillion Cliffs, Marble Canyon, Lee's Ferry and Horseshoe Bend. If we ever make it back to the area, we would stay here again.

Nice house with great views!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice and updated. The kitchen was well furnished and had more than we expected! Upon arrival the fridge was stocked with bottled water which was nice to have for our travels outside of the property! Ground coffee was also provided which was also a pleasant surprise, so it was nice to have those two things available on site to not have to provide/purchase ourselves. Not to mention the master bedroom was VERY comfortable for sleeping. We really enjoyed our experience on the property. The views were great! We had only one minor hiccup and Tanzia was great at being prompt to assist us with our needs. No complaints here. Our overall experience was great!
