The location was perfect. The space was more than adequate for us. We loved the vintage brick walls and beautiful wood floors. Very nice refurbishing of the overall interior. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful and instructions were clear.

Interesting bed and bathroom layout that ran down a long hallway. Walking down the hallway at night was a little challenging. The floor slopes significantly from side to side. We may have misunderstood that the loft apartment was only accessible via the outside stairs. No elevator is available to assist with luggage.

Family visit.

The place was very clean, but very sparse as far as items in kitchen and bathroom. Needed to know what type of coffeemaker so we could have brought the right coffee. I.e.pods or grounds. The television was losing the picture. Part of it was dark. We had an issue at check in and it was taken care of immediately. Appreciated the promptness. Great Location.

Perfect little Downtown flat!

Myself, my husband and our 11 year old daughter absolutely loved this property. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and it was just perfect. The location is amazing. Tons of cute little shops to explore and lots of tasty restaurants nearby. The apartment was quite modern and had everything we needed.

Downtown Paducah Getaway

Long weekend trip to visit family in Paducah, so we decided to stay away from family this trip! Great location downtown, with a historical building that houses this apt. Everything was as described in the listing, no surprises at all. Great communication with the host about the check in process, and she even sent me a note about a downtown festival that might impact our check in. Close to everything downtown, 4 blocks from the Ohio River boardwalk. Both bedrooms are away from the downtown streets, no issue with noise at all. This is an apartment in a downtown area, so no driveway parking. BUT, there are plenty of safe public lots about a block away or less. Also a few business that open their lots for public parking during none business hours. Would definitely stay here again. Try the bread pudding waffles at the Gold Rush across the street, you can thank me later.

Location and price is fantastic and property manager was very nice. However, we checked into what seemed to be an unvacuumed apt with some towels/sheets needing an immediate wash (musty), and a number of light bulbs needing replacement (dark).

The place is OK but I think that they can do a better job on take care of it and clean and keep it more clean. Also, there’s some things like you know that they can do better on the quality the kitchen too they keep it more clean I think that’s gonna help them.

In the middle of the action!

Loved staying at this location! Easy walks to everything downtown. Right across the street from the Gold Rush Cafe! Awesome breakfast!! Other restaurants, shops, entertainment venues close by. We did venture out to the Purple Toad Winery and Red’s Donuts (must go early for best variety!) Yum! Also a short ride away is Metropolis, if you are a Superman fan! Paducah is a fun area to explore!

Artsy stay

Property was in a great location but had a few issues. We had a great time wandering through the shops & visiting the National Quilt Museum. Plus had some wonderful meals & everything in walking distance. But there was not enough dining seating for 4 people, no soap in the primary bathroom & 2nd bathroom shower wouldn’t drain.
