"The room was great! The getting there was the difficult part. Outside was very dark and you can’t see the numbers of the rooms. I found myself stopping and getting out of the car to try and see the number. Also there’s a way back area of rooms and as a woman traveling alone it’s not the best. Also it was loud outside and I found myself turning the lights off cause I felt I was so far back that if someone banged on my door it would be scary. "

"Room was big and nicely redone. The bathroom sliding door did not close. The hotel was freshly redone also. Happy hour reception was nice. Food was not replenished enough for people coming in after 1st 1/2 hour. Would definitely come back. "

"Front desk staff were great, and the hotel was very clean and nice. Just be aware that this is an extended-stay hotel, so there aren’t many toiletries like in other hotels. Breakfast is grab-and-go, not a buffet."

"The room was spotless, spacious, and the shower water was hot and soothing. The night manager at the front desk is also a really kind human. She cares about people because another guest needed jumper cable and she went out of her way to obtain one for the guest."

"Exceptional clean and new facility. We booked a 2 bad/2bath suite for our family with 2 adult boys. The location is great too, close to everything. Even we hike in Point Reyes, Novato is one of the best place to stay. Because it is a town with many restaurants and facilities. It is next to hwy 101, and it has easiest driving route between Point Reye and hwy 101. ( The other two are much more winding and hard to navigate). We also like the complimentary continental breakfast. "

"I thought my room looked pretty cool. I had the safari room with the moon. Pretty quiet. I had a good nights sleep. The check in was pretty easy. I would totally stay again."
