"We loved our stay in Howard’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring in all directions—Richmond with all its great restaurants, Golden Gate Park and the de Young museum, the Presidio etc. Nearby Geary street gives you a. Straight shot downtown on the bus. Howard was very helpful and communicative and we particularly appreciated his letting us leave our luggage for a late pick up on our last day. "Great place to celebrate family members birthdays and Mother’s Day. Excellent location in Sonoma County close to wineries and easy access to SFO and Santa Rosa Airports. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and two wine tasting rooms. Nice large fenced area with pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill and gathering area. We also enjoyed the covered front porch for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors."

"The property is steps from the sand. The house offered everything we needed. The kids loved the pinball, but the Pac-Man and Car games were not working. Even so, it was a great time. The house was very clean. The beds were not the softest but they weren’t too bad. Make sure to bring your own beach supplies as stated in the listing. No beach towels but there were bath towels and kitchen towels. We didn’t use the hot tub but the sauna worked great!The resort around the corner had a great option...

"We enjoyed our one night stay here at the Marina Motel. Our exact room was right on Lombard St. which is HWY 101 so expect a lot of noise. Even though there were lots of noise, we enjoyed the stay. The room is very small so I would caution staying anymore than a couple nights, especially if you have older kids or more than 2 adults. But the icing on the cake was all the little things, a book and guide for not only the house but all the things to do in the area, the decor is adorable and everyone was met with a basket of towels and a robe.
