"Positive: room was clean. Negatives: pool not heated nor likely to be soon. Heater/AC on wall cheap, made huge noise, 50 db according to my phone. Turned on every 5 minutes. At least it drowned out noisy refrigerator. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all day, drinking beer, smoking weed, playing loud rap music. "This is a quaint and tidy "motel" style facility (since each room has an entry to the outside). Super quiet (even though is not far off the 101), and there's a great Italian restaurant not far (about 1 mile). I will definitely be back if I'm visiting in Marin county, and highly recommend it to anyone. Seemed very safe as well (lots of residential all around)."

Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! "The property has regular look to it from the outside, but the room is what counts and they seem to have been recently modernized to give you the big hotel look and feel. "

"The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that."

"Property is NOTcared for at all There were walls with chipped paint, scratched doors and things like that. The room was vacuumed but it did have nasty old carpet even though pictures showed linoleum floors and that was one of the reasons I booked it due to allergies. Price is very reasonable but not worth it. "
