"My car was broken into, while parked in the front parking lot. The manager Alejandra informed me they aren't responsible for securing their rental overnight. I request a full refund and ask that Expedia remove this hotel from its service."

"The beds were “ok”. Mold in the bath tub and mold on the bathroom walls. There was so much trash everywhere on the property just piled up next to every trash can. Literally bags of trash. Like it had not been taken care of in weeks. Stinky!! Pool was closed for repairs? Really in the middle summer? We were so tired from our trip. We decided to go ahead and stay since it was only one night. But would never stay here again."

"Beds seemed fine at first but actually they were really worn out and you sank into them. There was red paint or blood or stains all over the carpet and fold out sofa. Staff was not very friendly and huffed and puffed over giving us extra towels even though we are a family of 6 who booked the largest room and didn't have enough towels. "Very close to airport"

"The Room was beat up… lightbulbs missing and the toilet was clogged & unflushable from previous patrons. Coffee maker didn’t work, flies in the unit and the floor hadn’t been cleaned for ages. I threw out my socks- they were blackened on the bottom from dust and ashes. I saw 3 drug deals go down on the property. This place might be ok for a quick stay then you’ll be happy to leave without incident! Only reason for decent rating is they let me check in early"
