Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined . Besides rude staff, the ridiculous amount of cigarette smoking directly in front of the door and filthy carpet and mold smell The hotel overall is clean and nice..

This was our second stay here, and unfortunately many of the same issues remained. The check-in process was still frustrating—I never received the access code and had to call to get it. I was told that because I booked through a third-party site, they didn't receive my information to send the code. Regardless of how the reservation is made, guests should receive the information they need before arrival. The concept of this place is great, but the execution is very poor. The room showed a lack of upkeep, with walls covered in marks, empty hooks above the bed where a picture had apparently been removed, and a bathroom with no functioning exhaust fan. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially since this was our second visit and we had hoped things would be improved.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!
