An architectural and design masterpiece, this home offers beachfront living at its finest! The contemporary home is sophisticated and upscale, but oh so comfortably furnished! Your main living space offers wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and an open-concept floor-plan with living, dining and kitchen all together creating one great room for all to congregate. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking necessities including top of the line, stainless steel appliances and the outdoor BBQ area with picnic tables create an indoor-outdoor living space, allowing all guests to enjoy the ocean breeze and breathtaking sunsets from anywhere inside.

The spacious ocean-facing master suite is fit for a king or queen and is complete with a private balcony, double-sided fireplace, walk-in closet (with two white spa robes) and expansive on-suite bathroom. The big, beautiful picture window (with automatic remote shade) allows guests to watch the sun rise and set and enjoy the waves crashing ahead, offering a special, private getaway that no one will want to leave! The master bathroom is fully stocked with cozy bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It also has dual sinks, a large walk-in glass shower with seating and two shower heads as well as a separate Roman soaking tub for taking in more of the stunning views from your bubble bath!

The second and third bedrooms are tastefully designed for comfort and provide queen size beds, roomy closets (with two white spa robes), amazing views of the surrounding beach community and even some mountain views in the distance. A well-equipped 4th bedroom is the ideal space for privacy and lends itself well as a second master suite with attached full bath with steam shower, double sinks, closet (with two white spa robes) and large patio!

The Channel Islands Harbor, which is a short distance, offers rentals for kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, boats, and specialty bikes. There are even opportunities to visit 5 of the islands that make up the Channel Islands National Park for fishing, hiking, kayaking and whale watching! For unique shopping opportunities, the Camarillo Outlet Mall and The Collection provide a large array of high-end retailers, fantastic restaurants and movie theaters. If you want to venture outside of the neighborhood, there are endless fun things to see and do in nearby Ventura, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara and Malibu.

The garage holds beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a stand-up paddle board, all easily accessible for guests use. Take the toys in a convenient beach wagon straight to the beach from the garage via the beach access point, which runs along the side of the home. Also available for guests’ use is the second refrigerator and the full-sized washer and dryer, which will help in keeping all your beach towels fresh for the next day’s fun!

-Please note that we are very strict, and the lease forbids parties or large groups of any kind (birthday parties, weddings, receptions, graduation parties, family reunions, etc.) and loud disturbances between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

-Home has air conditioning but is rarely needed; there are excellent breezes when the doors are open as it is an oceanfront home.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being right on the beach. The breeze was beautiful and the house was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves the beach. The property manager was great with communication.

I woudl not recommend this place to to anyone. We were excited to stay at this place based on the pictures it looked very modern and clean. But when we checked in the only thing going for this place is the view. When we arrived this place was filthy !! Where the floors were still dusty , the rugs were not vacuumed. All the bed sheets had some type of brown or dark red stains on them, including pillow cases, which is very gross. As well as the towels are stained or dirty. There we’re ants in the bed , as well as many ants in master bedroom and downstairs on the countertops . A lot of the cookwear was dirty so we had to wash them . The master bedroom rug is stained everywhere ! Like a very old 90s condo carpet. Alll the couches had weird stains all over them and u did not want to sit there When we arrived and saw all these issues , I immediately contacted the host manager stating our issues. I will say he did go ahead and get someone to clean the place up, they vacuumed the place and washed all the floors. They bought brand new towels and bed sheets and pillow cases for each bedroom . So that helped. But checkin was at 3pm. We’re not able to go back to the house till 9pm, which in itself is a problem as anyone can imagine. We drove very far to this house and having a newborn after driving all day only to see that we couldn’t even properly check in till like 8:30pm very frustrating . All the furniture wasn’t cleaned though, and left in the condition it was.

We all had a wonderful time at the beach, flying kites, building sandcastles, riding bicycles. We observed pelicans, seagulls, and sandpipers. Scenic views of the Channel Islands. Manager helpful in creating a pleasant and relaxing beach experience. So grateful.

Our family of 5 lived in luxury for 6 nights. The top 2 rooms were especially well appointed - felt like a spa. Lots of amenities, all the comforts of home. Right on a huge private beach, with views of the Channel Islands. Good location - quick trip up to Ventura or Channel Islands harbor.

My wife and I were displaced from our Camarillo home due to a flood. We had limited time to find a house that would meet our needs. I give all the credit to Cruz Mertens from T.R.E.E. Real Estate, who represented the property. He was able to make this happen within days. If it wasn't for Cruz, we do not know where we would be, at that time in our lives. Teresa and I continue to say to each other, "this is a special house". We used rentals in the past for vacation and renovating our house, but have never experienced a home like this, one with incredible views, privacy and a feeling of safety, due to the elevation, and locked gate at the front of the entrance. The owners were very thoughtful for providing all the necessary essentials that would be everyone's needs. Thank you to the owners and Cruz. We will never forget what you did for us. Spent Thanksgiving week in the home and it had everything we needed. Not only do they have bicycles, they have plenty of beach chairs, toys, and everything else you could think of. A couple of things I wish we knew in advance that would have made our stay more comfortable: - The master bedroom shades were not functional. We couldn’t find the remote so after contacting the management company we were advised that a part was on order. Not a huge deal, but if we knew in advance we could have brought sleeping masks to block the sun in the early morning hours. We didn’t get as much rest/sleep as anticipated. - The light switch in the garage trips the circuit and the power goes out in the garage. On our first night, we assumed the bulb had gone out when we turned on the light switch. We decided to wait until the next morning to look into it. In the morning, there was no hot water. Not realizing the two were related we contacted the management company who sent out someone within 1-hour. In the interim, we realized that the power was out in the garage when the garage door wouldn’t open. We re-triggered the circuit and voila, the power went back on and hot water (electric water heater) was fully functional again. But, almost every time we turned on the light in the garage, power went out. Had to reset the circuit at least 4 times during our stay. Thankfully the turkey and ham survived in the garage refrigerator even though the power had been out overnight. - Kitchen faucet randomly vibrates significantly sending shockwaves throughout the house. Not sure what triggers this, but the water could be on for 2 seconds or longer and it would vibrate continuously (and loudly) until it’s shut off. Again, not a huge deal but a quirk we learned to deal with. - Front glass door to the house. We had difficulty opening and locking the door. Through our stay, we used the slider next to it. On our last day, I noticed a tape w/instructions (almost completely faded) indicating that the door handle should be raised to lock/unlock. Overall, the house was great and even with its quirks (which is expected with all homes) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we had an awareness of these items before hand or if they were in the home’s binder/check list (which we read cover to cover) it would have made addressing them much easier. We’d definitely recommend this home.

What a beautiful home on a nice beach. It is very comfortable and has everything you need to relax and recharge as advertised. The management company is amazing as well and was very helpful before and during our stay. It is in close proximity to Ventura and Santa Barbara if you want to explore part of the central coast. The home provides what you need to enjoy the beach as well. This is one of the nicest homes in the area. You won't be disappointed in choosing this for your beach vacation.

Staying at this property was a joy. Wonderful access to the beach, beautiful views, Love the clean aesthetics of the interior design. The owners have thought of everything: the kitchen is fully equipped; there are games for all ages; there are all kinds of beach toys to use: there are bikes at your disposal; there are even many blankets for when it gets chilly at your disposal for use on the porches. A wonderful getaway.

This home is absolutely beautiful . Outside sitting room was my favorite. You can open up to living room or enjoy the outside area without sand blowing on you. The view from the master suite is priceless. Cruz made everything so easy to rent this vacation property. Highly recommend this home.

Not only is this home beautiful but all practical aspects are covered. No need to bring your own beach umbrellas or bicycles or beach towels....all needed beach items are there waiting for you. The view is outstanding, the main rooms are spacious and you are close to restaurants and the outlets. My only complaint was with the dishwasher. It needs to be retired.

What a wonderful get-a-way our family had while celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. A short walk to the ocean, killer views and a dolphin surf and dive contest to entertain us! The grandkiddos loved the spa shower, the adults, hardly moved from the lanai, reading, sipping tea and chatting. We played games, ate wonderful food ordered locally and felt truly spoiled. The furnishings are comfortable, fluffy towels and robes and a modern kitchen with full amenities. We also appreciated the beach towels, boogie boards and the barbecue. We can't wait for the next stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home ♥

Our family had a wonderful time in this amazing beach house. We were able to all have our space while at the same time there was ample room for gathering, chatting and just staring out at the ocean! It is the PERFECT location. We had the best time. T.R.E.E. Property Management was fantastic. There were some small issues with the house, and they were responsive and proactive. The owners of this house really have a great company managing their property. We will definately rent here again - I hope it’s open next summer!
