Spectacular designer’s luxury beach front home on Hollywood Beach in Oxnard with all amenities. Suitable for single or multiple families. Floor one has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, working gas fireplace in living room, in unit washer/dryer, gas BBQ, Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with premium channels and internet. Beautiful views of the ocean and Channel Islands from living room, gourmet kitchen and master bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd Floors have soaring ceilings and gas fireplace with spectacular views of the Channel Islands and Pacific Ocean. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Cooks kitchen with stainless steel appliances fully stocked for all your entertainment needs. Huge beach front patio where you can barbecue and dine alfresco or you can sit on one of the other 2 patios and read or just relax. Smart flat screen TV’s in every bedroom and living room with premium cable, internet and cellular booster. In unit washer/dryer. This one of a kind 3 story beach front home on Hollywood Beach has just been newly updated with brand new furnishings and is fully stocked with towels, linens and beach chairs. In addition the house has Central AC and heating. Our fully stocked home is here to meet all your needs. Separate kosher cooking supplies are available upon request. Pets will be considered with an additional pet fee. The house has direct beach access with an additional patio with seating and dining on the sand deck. Ping pong table and sand toys are also available for your use. Parking for 5 cars on site, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway (No street parking available).

-The occupancy for guests is limited to 10 persons maximum at night and any additional day visitors must have prior approval prior to arrival.
-The neighborhood has quiet hours which are strictly observed between 10 pm and 7 am.
-No amplified music or sound is allowed during quiet hours and any complaints about noise during the day or night will be strictly enforced.
- Property cannot be used for any events that exceed the applicable occupancy or guest limits, or that violate the quiet hours, noise standards or any other standard required with us in accordance to our contract.

Great Location but small two unit building

I gave our overall stay 3 stars because the house is broken up into 2 units. The upstairs unit and downstairs units are small. We thought we were getting a big house on the beach that had alot of room for two families. It was tight for the amount we paid. The location was great but that’s about it. We also rented in March when the weather is cooler but there was no discount offered. The heater kept turning way down at night and it would get freezing cold at night. We kept turning it back up and it would turn back down. It was a nest so maybe they set it to turn down at certain times but with a 5 month old baby sleeping in a pack n play it was waaaaay too cold. That was another point of frustration. They did give us an early check in and late checkout which was nice of them.

Great beach visit

Enjoyed our downtime, great location and fantastic beach weather for winter. House was good for us and our three twenty something kids, easily could’ve added some friends. Property manager is super responsive and helpful.

This is an amazing property with beautiful ocean and sunset views. It was extremely comfortable and peaceful. It was clean and inviting. There were 10 in my group and we had plenty of space. It was easy to communicate with the host who provided prompt responses. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing get away.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. House is beautiful. View is great. We had our daughter’s 13th birthday there. It was an all girl birthday party. I was the only adult who stayed with nine teenagers (12-14 ages). My husband stopped by to help with chores and left at night. Anything you need the house had it. The house owner Rita was super available anytime I had a question. Thank you Rita for making us to build wonderful memories at your house. My daughter found this place and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Convenient Beach and Restaurants

If you want to be on the beach and within walking distance of eateries from good pizza to great grilled swordfish, this is the place. Even a decent brewpub nearby. Everybody in the family had a great time playing sand volleyball and football, boogie boarding and relaxing in the sun. The house didn't get 5 Stars in every category because of the following reasons. Clean but fit and finish not top notch: dual glazed window leakers, sand tar on the steps leading up to front door, clutter and old appliances stacked in the garage bay/game room, curtain pulls difficult to operate or broken. House advertised as luxury, but having a washer and dryer stacked in the guest bathroom isn't classy. Garbage disposal switch 5 feet from sink behind microwave. During our visit, downstairs garbage disposal had to be replaced and both coffee makers had to be replaced. Host was pleasant and easy to talk with and did her best to get things repaired or replaced.

Wonderful beach house

This house was stunning. The pictures don't lie. The house is directly on the beach and has its own little seating area on the sand. The water itself isn't very far away even thought it looks kind of far in the pictures. I can confidently say that me and the group I went with had no complaints of the property. The owner Rita was also very quick to answer any questions I had about the house and area the house was located in. The simple check in along with the simple check out instructions were so nice and private. Didn't have to do anything complicated. The price was worth every cent and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Property and Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and friends. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The house was decorated so cute and was so clean. The only confusion I had when I arrived was that the property is a duplex. There are actually 2 separate units. The listing does not mention that it is, so it was a bit confusing. This did not end up being a problem, however, and worked out well. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again!

Beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house. We had a very minor issue and Rita immediately had someone out to fix it on a Friday night within 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend having your beach getaway here!

Gem by the Ocean

Every year our Book Group goes away for a weekend in November. We all agreed this was one of the best VRBO we stayed at. Daily walks along the strand, dinners with a fire creating a warming environment and beautiful sunsets.
