3 Bedroom Home with Harbor Views and Private Dock!

Outdoor living on the deck and a private dock are definite highlights, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. The layout with bedrooms upstairs adds a sense of privacy. The primary bedroom has a balcony overlooking the main channel provides stunning views. A kitchen with all the necessary equipment is a fantastic feature, making meal preparation a breeze. Having the living room, den, and conversation area downstairs adds to the overall comfort and coziness.

All communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.

Mandalay Bay in Oxnard is a charming waterfront neighborhood that could make any travel aficionado do a happy dance. Located in Ventura County, Channel Islands Harbor, this home on the waterways is slightly of the main channel to offer quiet and privacy, while allowing you to view the action in the harbor.

Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!

This is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with deck and private dock.
Ground floor: Dining room with table that seats 6, living room, conversation area with gas fireplace and view of the harbor. Kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto the deck.
Deck: Outside table the seats 6-8, gas BBQ and lounge seating over looking the water of the Channel Islands.
Top floor: All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. First bedroom has 2 twin beds with television. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en-suite/bathroom, with private balcony.

Personal or rental car is best. Harbor View offers parking for 3 cars. Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.

Amazing Location

The location of this property cannot be beat. We loved the dock and sat out on the deck every morning and afternoon. It's a super cute area - feels like Newport but maybe a little less fancy. Walking distance to beach. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances. The window treatments and bedroom furniture as well as the bathrooms could be updated but for the price we felt like it was a good value.

Wonderful Stay on the Marina

We had a great trip at this rental. The place is clean and comfortable, and all as advertised. Communication and check in were smooth. We really enjoyed the views from the house and deck. We would definitely return!

Quick and easy check in process. Very welcoming and accommodating property managers. Comfortable home with plenty of useful amenities. Lovely location for relaxing, but convenient to stores and restaurants (some within walking distance). We truly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely visit again.

Pleasantly Accurate

We were thrilled to see that everything was exactly as depicted. The layout and room sizes were spot on. The kitchen was completely stocked with plenty of cooking and serving items that made feeding a group so easy. Everything was in working order and very clean. Dawn answered any questions we had when we arrived. We made many great memories and are already planning to return.

Very nice place to stay

Heerlijk huis om in te verbleven. Excellent als je van watersport houdt. De kano's en het board waren geweldig voor de kinderen. Jammer dat er geen zwemtrapje was. En jammer dat er in de slaapkamer aan de voorkant voor het ronde raam geen gordijn is waardoor het er heel vroeg al erg licht is. Verder erg genoten van ons verblijf.

An oasis of calm

We had such a beautiful couple of days staying riverside. So gorgeous to sit out on the deck first thing and gently watch the world go by. A really excellent start to our Cali vacation. Just As Advertised

We visited the area for a three night stay-cation. The property was perfect for our needs although too big for just the two of us. Easily sleeps (8) with a spacious living area. Very close to numerous restaurants and other activities. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed having our morning coffee each morning on the master bedroom patio watching the paddle boarders. Would recommend for sure.

Oxnard Getaway

Travel from Seattle to visit college kids and scope out the neighborhoods for future investment. Loved the home and neighborhood. Used the kayaks and rented an electric boat. Nice dinners out. Great walks on the beach. Nice stay!

Perfect stay on the water.

The house was very comfortable for my family of 8. We especially enjoyed our own private dock right on the water. The location on the water was ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking. We enjoyed our stay abs would do it again!
