Bedrooms + Bathrooms
The home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The three upstairs bedrooms include a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. A fourth bedroom is located downstairs and includes a king size bed.
There are three full bathrooms. The primary suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a built-in soaking tub and dual vanities. The upstairs guest bathroom includes dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. The downstairs bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, and essential toiletries for guest use.

Kitchen + Dinning
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy and comfortable for families to cook, with all cookware, dishes, and utensils provided to prepare delicious meals. The dining table seats up to 8 guests, and there are 3 additional barstools at the kitchen island for extra seating. For coffee lovers, there is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Kitchen essentials are provided for guest use, including trash bags, dish soap, and basic supplies.

Lounge Space
The home has two living areas with comfortable seating for relaxing and spending time together. The main living room includes a flat-screen TV with streaming access and large bi-fold glass doors that open fully to the outdoor area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The second living area offers additional seating for guests to spread out and relax.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is a private resort-style space with a heated pool and hot tub, poolside loungers, ping pong table, and a turf putting green for casual play. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen setup, along with a separate outdoor table for group meals. The space is designed for relaxing, dining, and entertaining, with additional seating areas for guests to gather. Pool toys are provided for guest use.
