Uniquely remodeled 3 bdrm 1 bth home in safe area! Fenced in with a large deck!

This uniquely remodeled Hill Ave. Home is the perfect home for your trip to Owensboro with 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed and a queen air bed in the den! We also have 2 nice twin portable mattresses that can be used as well! We have 1 full remodeled bath inside which has tub, shower with exhaust fan! We also have a seasonal outside bathroom that has a toilet and shower that works great for groups and people that have difficulty getting in and out of regular bathtubs! The outside bathroom goes great for using when there are several guest or challenged guest! It comes in handy when the inside bathroom is in use and gives you that natural feel of taking a shower outside! This welcoming property offers tremendous comfort for guests. The soothing ambiance of the living room and den featuring an additional queen air bed, provides a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy the amenities such as central air, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, and nuwave air fryer! Dishes, pots and pans, and utensils provided! Nice deck, grill, and table. We have a tv in the living room and den with ceiling fans! For more fun we have a pingpong table and multigame table, checkers and chess, cornhole or go across the street to the healthpark to swim, play basketball, use the walk track and use weight room or use sauna! The 1 bathroom, 1 with bath & shower to ensure that everyone can freshen up before heading out to enjoy the attractions and many tasty restaurants of Owensboro and enjoy our Hill Ave Home! The home is centrally located so you can quickly get to any part of town with grocery, gas station, hardware store and restaurants just a few blocks away! Everyone that has stayed in the Hill Ave. Home have loved it including one couple that just left this week got home and booked it again in 2 to 3 weeks! We now have a high chair to add to what we have to offer! We recently added a patio table and chairs out front for relaxing in and is the smoking area! The most common comments we get is this place is so nice and spacious! Our home is in an extremely safe area and has a privacy fence around the back for your safety and privacy! We have great pizza places as well as many other eating places such as Cracker Barrell, Chick filet, and we have a Jimmy Johns at the end of the street!

The house was lovely, clean, well stocked with everything we could need. Our host was attentive and accommodating. The only thing we noticed that was a bit concerning is where the tub surround meets the bathtub seemed to need new grout or caulk as it was discolored with grime. We were in town for an event and stayed only one night, but I'm sure we will return again.

This place was perfect for our stay in Owensboro doing a tennis tournament. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to Owensboro. The communication with Randy the host was excellent!

We met the owner promptly at check in time. He very kindly showed us around the house and yard.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The rooms were clean and tidy. The marble top, long dining table was perfect to gather around for a meal together. It was a very positive experience staying at this house as well as communicating with the host.

While we were disappointed that there was not a hot tub like listed. This house was very spacious and clean. It was stocked with everything you need and lots of games and activities. It's also super close to town, but a very quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. Our stay was short but if we had more time the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the hot tub looked like it would have been nice to use.

Nice house in a very pleasant neighborhood. Owner Randy Jones was an excellent host, checking in with us several times during our weekend stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a weekend away!

My husband and I came down to celebrate our anniversary and visit Green River distillery. Randy’s home was perfect for us! He met us at check in and gave a walk through of the home. It’s clean, comfortable and beautiful. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but had we needed to, it had everything necessary and then some. We loved the hot tub and privacy in the backyard. Check out Moonlite BBQ and Callas while there. If we return to Owensboro, we would love to stay in Randy’s home again!

We loved it!

Everything was great! Check-in and out was easy. It had everything you needed. Plenty of space for multiple people very accommodating. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable we will definitely stay there again!

Spacious with accessories

Plenty of room for a large family or a ball team. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans, plates etc. Grill out back. Lots of chairs, plenty of parking. Only one bathroom but has outside shower to hose off those ball players( or before you get into the hot tub). Games for kids. Great neighborhood. Randy was super caring

Randall was a great host and very accommodating. Very clean home and had everything I needed. Clear instructions. Beautiful neighborhood as well, I felt very safe. Great price for the location and amenities!
