Historic Oviedo Charmer - Close to everything

This Oviedo House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler.

The layout of the house includes Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. There is also a pack and play on the property for the real little ones (upon request).

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

Let us know if there are any questions or concerns and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Though our home is a little secluded, we have fantastic neighbors. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing as you will have tons of privacy on the property. You may feel that you’ve traveled to a different world, but grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses are minutes away. The best of both worlds!

Early check-in is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.

We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services.

Please no eating in the bedrooms.

Guest not part of the reservation are not allowed on property. If you have more than 6 guest at the house there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. (This is for overnight and VISITING guest). Your reservation will also be canceled.

Property has security system for managing exterior of house. Please do not tamper with these devices (exterior Camera's or internal base station) as this can cause your reservation to be canceled.

The neighborhood is so quiet, with the surrounding trees up and down the block it makes for a serene setting.Check in was seamless!Taurance and Christina are very accommodating and easy to communicate with!!Close to everything that Oviedo has to offer with being so close to Winter Gardens an added bonus !!!

Charming Inside

The inside was very clean, comfortable and charming as the photos indicate. The outside was rough, but I felt safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Family visit

Need a microwave, host extremely accessible, need light over mirror in bathroom. It would be nice to have a couple of dishwasher and washing machine pods, couple of waters, coffee pods for people to have when they first get there. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located for reason we were there.

Sparse of utensils and no microwave, no table in front of the only sofa. All the towels smelled like the skin ointment Desitin, 1 bedroom's linen was stained, put it in the wash and purchased my own linens from Walmart, have the receipt. Kitchen had 2 large windows facing backyard with no curtains. Kitchen windows face a dilapidated, creepy back yard. Large dead tree in back of a metal rundown room, with door with 2 windows facing you (they had curtains!). Front door is 1/2 glass and also no curtains (had scotch tape left from previous occupants hanging something to block windows). All the blinds had the up down cord cut, missing and all blinds had an open gap at bottom (about an inch (took pics)). Back of house is completely accessible so that someone can walk around back and sides easily - should be fenced off.2 bedrooms, smallish but exceptionally well lit - either 3 fan bulbs or 4 flood lights or all 7 lights can be on. All appliances worked, large TV in living room.Didn't find things charming, felt unsecure with the rundown backyard and windows and front door always visually open to others seeing in. Had to leave for a couple of hours and got so worried about my loved one being alone that we checked out early as soon as I got back that evening. Paid ahead for 7 days, but gladly left 3 days early.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities. Layout was great - large, modern kitchen. Simple, elegant artwork and decor. We would definitely visit again when back in the area. We already recommended to friends.
