Large back yard with new patio, charcoal grill, and yard games. Great entertaining space with arcade games, darts, board games, and a feature wall perfect for social media posts! Pull out couches for extra space. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed at this home with another family for a few days over spring break. The house was the perfect size for us (four adults and four kids), and the location is PERFECT! We enjoyed walking to downtown OP and walks around the very safe neighborhood. It was also very easy for us to get to other areas of OP/KC. The house itself was very well stocked, thoughtfully furnished, and decorated beautifully! We especially loved the family room. It was the perfect hangout for the kids in the morning and the couch was big enough for all eight of us to snuggle in for movie nights! My kids are still talking about the cool color-changing fireplace :) We love visiting OP and will definitely be booking this house again the next time we are in town!

This property was so clean—probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever rented. I can usually spot dust in vents, corners that haven’t been cleaned well or the top of the refrigerator is dusty. (I know! Very picky!) However, this property was clean, well maintained and in a good, safe and quiet neighborhood.

This home is beautiful! They have done a great job on making guestd feel comfortable and spacious. The game room with large screrb TV and even an arcade with Pacman, made the home a great gathering place. The home is perfect.

We loved sitting around the fireplace and playing games. Everyone enjoyed PAC Man it brought back lots of found memories!! The beds were so comfortable!! You had all the baking dishes we needed and even had baggies and plastic wrap!! The only thing I think we needed was a pen to sign the guest book!!😊 We had a wonderful stay and plan to return!!

The house was exactly as pictured if not better! Plenty of room for all of us and more with nice big yard for our little guy to run some energy off. Everything we could think of or needed was available and more! Very clean and neat inside! The neighborhood is very safe, nice and quiet with tons of stuff walking distance even or just a short 20 min drive from the house! Hosts responded quickly and were very friendly! Will def stay again when traveling to this area!
