Downstairs plumbing issues

We have stayed in this house twice, it’s comfortable and a nice size, with easy access. The ONLY issue we had is the downstairs bathroom. The first time we stayed, the toilet overflowed any time someone used it, so this time we went prepared to use only the upstairs toilet. But we were planning to use the downstairs sink and shower. However there was water under the flooring in the downstairs bathroom, seeping up between the tile sections. So basically the downstairs bath was unusable to us. I wouldn’t stay again until this issue is resolved. I did message the host directly during each visit, so this review should not come as a surprise.

Had a few maintenance issues, but the property owner was very responsive. Overall great spot. Would rent again.

Needs updating

Good location, but the property needs some updating. The inside stair railings are loose. There are no railings for the outside steps, the toilets are so low to the ground they are very difficult to use and the furniture (chairs) are in bad shape, many of the arms are loose. The mattress in the upsatirs king bed is so bad, it sags in the middle, my husband slept on the couch so we could get soem sleep. The other beds were fine. The price and location were great but the house needs work.

Great space! Lots of beds!

We had a bachelor party during the day and needed a place to wind down after being in the city. This place was great and had lots of space for sleeping and hanging out. Owner is very nice and responsive. Has a booklet that walks you through what is around for eating and events near by. Really well set up Verbo.

Great stay.

We finally got a quick getaway. Having Children in the military. It had been a long time since all my kids were on same trip. House was spacious nobody over lapping the other. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Place is exactly as described and clean.

We were able to sleep 8 adult guys comfortably without having to use the pullout couches. Everything was clean and tidy. There was a lot of cops and other first responders nearby one night so that was questionable. Other than that no other concerns.

Lovely Home in Quiet Neighborhood

We came to KC for a conference, as a group, and this home was super comfortable and roomy. The bedrooms are as big or bigger than they appear in the photos. The two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings easy. There was plenty of space to hang out around the table or on the two large sofas. The only negative, which wasn’t a huge deal, was that the downstairs toilet clogged easily and had to be plunged.
