I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. "The room itself was very nice. You can tell it used to owned by Sonder. But it looks like the new management things are not going great. 1) Upon arrival I noticed that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. It appears that they had try to run it, but uses the wrong detergent. I asked someone to come check it out. They never did. 2) No towels. I could forgive this as an oversight. What's ridiculous is that it took them FOUR DAYS!!!! to deliver towels. Everyday I come back and contact them...
