"Clearly a new rennovation and push to get it on the market. The original address was an empty lot, then directed to the new investment (almost done) that still needed a lot of trims. Other than that, a good stay. Probably better prepared down the road. "

"Just kind of a weird place. Had issues with the keys the whole time. For some reason the heat in the hallways was cranked so they were sweltering the entire time. Shower pressure left a lot to be desired. Bedside table only on one side of the bed. Just odd. "

"Stay was fine. Check in was unclear, cleaning ladies there until four pm. No extra blankets for guests as the reservation was for six people which made sleeping arrangements difficult. Overall these would’ve made the experience more enjoyable. Location was nice and easy to get to. "

"Clean room. Pretty view. Everything else was not great. There is no reception or help on the spot at all. My entry code was not working and I got lucky that someone happened to be there that day. The following days, I saw several guests struggling to enter the property and had to open the door for them. Any questions to management had to be done by phone call, with no follow-up. Very incompetent/hands off managements. Housekeepers are nice but can’t do much"

"Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again. "

"Sorry to say we had a bad experience with this stay. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly - the floors were not mopped and extremely sticky (it sounded like walking on Velcro, we ended up buying our own mop to fix it), and worse we found marijuana edibles under one of the beds (not good, especially when you have kids). The bedroom was too cold even when blasting the heat (the living room warmed up ok so the ventilation seemed faulty), and I was surprised to find there were no spare linens and...

"I was charged an additional 1000 dollars the day of the check in when I had no other option to book. The extra charge for additional guests when the place says it sleep up to 12 seems excessive. It almost doubled the price of the booking at the last minute. This could be expressed sooner so that people has options to go with another location. The home was beautiful and was what was described."

"The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. Subway access is nearby, and while there is an overhead train you can hear at first, we quickly got used...
