  • Cozy 54 sqm apartment in a quiet side street with separate entrance. The apartment is completely refurbished in a modern style. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, independent stay. Bedding and towels are included. Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Parking in front of the house for free. For a fee, a carport and washer and dryer can be booked on site. Pets are not allowed.

    If you want to spend your holiday in this area or have a job, you will find an excellent place to stay. Surrounded by nature and yet only about 5 km from Kaiserslautern and about 16 km from the air base Ramstein away, the apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac. On foot, field and hiking trails are accessible. The perfect location for singles, couples, business travelers and families. It is a self-contained and private apartment in the basement of a detached house. Through a separate entrance leads to the quiet apartment. The bright and spacious living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling window elements (facing south) offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a nice dining area and work desk. The sunny, sheltered and partially covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and the adjoining garden with pond and a lawn invite you to relax and linger. Other highlights include an attractive, modern barbecue area, which completes the cozy, relaxing atmosphere of our apartment. Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted outside only.
    Parking in front of the house for free. Pets are not allowed.
    Since we live in the same house, we are always there for your questions and concerns. We speak German, English and Polish.

Schöne Zeit genossen in einer Top-Ferienwohnung, Wohnung Perfekt sauber, sehr stimmig eingerichtet, es fehlt fast an nichts. Aufgrund der Lage am Ende einer Sachgasse sehr ruhig mit fantastischem Blick.

Sehr gepflegtes Wohlfühlobjekt mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, auch im Außenbereich, ruhig gelegen in Wohngebiet mit Hanglage, aufmerksame und diskrete Vermieter, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, herzlichen Dank für einen sehr schönen, wenn auch nur kurzen Aufenthalt.

Sehr gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist modern, sowie komplett ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Hin und wieder fliegt mal ein Flugzeug zum Flughafen drüber aber das stört nur minimal. Die Terasse ist toll angelegt und läd zur Erholung ein. Danke an die Familie Gilcher. Ich habe nichts vermisst.

Great stay in a lovely home

This apartment was perfect for my two week stay while working at Ramstein. It was fully equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, with nice appliances. The hosts are lovely people who are only a short walk away if any assistance is needed. Herr Gilcher made sure I was well taken care of and always willing to answer my questions. I would like to stay again in the future if I return to the area.

Unterkunft "fast" nach Maß

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Angaben, um es einmal nur auf den Punkt zu bringen. Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen und wir können diese Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, es ist ruhig und Otterbach bietet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Bis Kaiserslautern sind es nur ein paar Kilometer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Badezimmer und das Bett im Schlafzimmer könnten etwas größer sein.

Excellent property.

I would give this property a A plus. The apartment and the garden were just beautiful. Very modern and very clean. It looked like everything was brand new. This was the best property that we have ever stayed in. Loved it!
