I was really looking forward to a 4 star experience with this hotel but sadly it felt more like a 3 star hotel. I booked the king suite through Expedia and picked this room as it was advertised as having a deep soak tub, the one thing I really wanted. However, after checking in and checking out the room, we found only a shower. Feeling defeated after driving for 8 hours,we went down to Ono for a bite to eat before going to the front desk. The service in Ono was slow and not very friendly. We ended up having to get up and ask for a dessert menu and eventually ended up spending almost 2 hours in the restaurant for our food. When we finally made it back to the front desk to inquire about the tub, we were told there was nothing that could be done because we didn't come to the front desk right away and that we should have called to verify and ask for a tub, yet the site advertised the room as having a tub only. One light in the bathroom didn't work so it was not well lit. The makeup mirror didn't work, and there was an outlet beside the bed that didn't work. Overall the room was clean but the customer service was lacking. I did not have a great stay.
