"We chose this hotel for its indoor pool for the kids. It was being painted and no notice was given. We could have saved over half by booking a hotel with no indoor pool and kids were disappointed on their spring break trip so this was a big letdown for us. There were ants on the upholstered chair. Otherwise everything was great"

"I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southaven, Mississippi over the weekend and had a great experience overall. I spoke with Marshall Collins, the front desk supervisor, and she was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent.
