"Air conditioner barely worked and made weird noises, the bed sheets smelled like they were in dryer way to long burnt, there was an eye lash in corner of bathroom floor meaning last ppl left it and rooms weren't cleaned properly, there was still huge piles of dog poop in court yard, barely seen staff, the tub in room 218 has a what appeared to be some kind of extra mold thing to patch what I believe to be a hole in tub that if u stepped in would give way and make u feel as if u were gonna fall...

"Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd. The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....

"Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise."
