"The loft itself was excellent and great value for money. Mon to Fri was fine, as there is staff on site. At weekends however, there are no staff on site, which resulted in litter being dumped into the lift, which stayed there all weekend. We had 38+ Celsius during our stay, so required our balcony door to be open all night, to try and get some sleep, as the flats don’t have air conditioning. "Air conditioning worked great but there would be an occasional bad smell coming from it every so often. Room was clean but the grout in the shower definitely needed to be scrubbed. The parking that is on site that you have to pay for was full by the time we got there around 6 pm so front desk clerk said there was a parking garage close by. "The website pictures of typical room is misleading. Our 3 person room was tiny with a bathroom the size of a phone box. We were at the back of the property, which had very little natural light (with views over the fire escape). The summer temperature rendered the fan provided useless. The only saving grace is the breakfast. Staff were nice."
