Comfortably furnished and very well maintained. The dining area with an extendable table connects to the new kitchen corner. The living corner is separated from this area by a room divider. From the sunny apartment and the balcony you can enjoy a view of the characteristic Moselle landscape. A side awning, which can also be opened, separates the balcony between apartment 1 and 2. From the bedroom with a large double bed you look directly into the vineyard. In autumn the grapes are close enough to touch.

You live in a separate guest house on our holiday winery in a beautiful south-facing position in the middle of the vineyards. From the balconies of the sunny apartments you can enjoy a unique view of the characteristic Moselle landscape. You will feel comfortable in the inviting, child-friendly ambience. The beds are made and towels are provided. Visit us and satisfy your longing for vacation at the "Weinquelle". If you don't want to cook, you can let yourself be pampered at the Landhotel Rosenberg. After consultation, you are welcome to bring your pet with you.

We offer Riesling, Rivaner, Weißburgunder and also Kerner wines. During a wine tasting you can convince yourself of the variety and the excellent quality of the wines and get information about the work of the winemaker and about the production of the wine. Just talk to us and make an appointment with our successor.

The Moselle is beautiful in every season: Experience how the vineyards begin to shine in fresh green in May. Watch the vines and notes grow and then the subtle scent of the grape blossom spreads over the slopes in June. Grape harvesting begins on the Moselle at the end of September. Everywhere the winegrowers in their vineyards are harvesting. After the grape harvest, peace and quiet returns to the Moselle. The colorful autumn leaves fall from the vines and the landscape appears new. The mostly mild climate now allows for long walks and invites you to relax. A hiking holiday on the Moselle is a relaxation in every season.

To Paris in 24 hours: Discover Paris in one weekend. During the summer months, the bus takes you to Paris via Metz and Verdun on Saturdays. An impressive city tour with a very good German tour guide takes you to many sights. For example: Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Panthéon, Place Pigalle and Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur and Montmatre, Notre Dame, Louvre, Place Concorde, Elyséepalast, Champs Elysée with triumphal arch, etc. From Montparnasse you have a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris. After dinner, you can take a boat trip on the Seine. Then you will be enchanted by a light ride through Paris at night. At around midnight you start your journey home and arrive here a little tired, but with a lot of new impressions around 7 a.m.

Alles in Ordnung. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, geräumig und sauber. Leider ist die Lage nicht so günstig, im ganzen Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, noch nicht einmal ein Bäcker. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es ein relativ weiter Weg bis zur Mosel. Hinweg zur Mosel immer bergab, Rückweg dann leider bergauf.

Es war eine tolle Woche in einer gut ausgestatten Wohnung. Wir konnten gegen einen kleinen Obolus auch unseren Hund problemlos mitnehmen. Es ist wirklich gut geeignet um abzuschalten, da es wunderbar ruhig gelegen ist.

Große, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in sehr ruhiger Lage. Aus dem Schlafzimmer blickt man direkt auf den dahinterliegenden Weinberg. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Ort Osann und die Umgebung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die Winzerei Jan Bollig, wo man unkompliziert die dort produzierten Weine probieren und auch kaufen kann (kleiner Tipp: wenn man Wein mag, unbedingt machen!). Die Ferienwohnung ist die ideale Basis für Ausflüge zu den vielfältigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die die lange Geschichte der Mosel-Eifel-Region zu bieten hat.

Sehr sehr herzliche Vermieter. Supersaubere Wohnung. Wunderschöne Lage. Vorzügliche Weine. 5☆ So wohl wie bei Familie Marmann habe ich mich noch nirgends gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung! Werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sonnigen Urlaub in der Mosel-Region. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. Sie ist hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Abende kann man wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon verbringen. Die An- und Abreise hat problemlos funktioniert. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Anfang Juli haben wir 5 wunderschöne Tage in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten die Zeit rundum genießen. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und war überall willkommen.. Wir bedanken uns, dass wir so freundlich von Fam. Marmann und den Nachbarn aufgenommen wurden und würden jederzeit die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

Wer Ruhe sucht von Alltag und Job, ist hier bei herzlichen, freundlichen, offenen Gastgebern und in einer sauberen , hellen und großen Wohnung abseits vom Tourismustreiben inmitten von Weinbergen genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Appartment in wunderschöner und ruhiger Lage ist sehr gut geschnitten und schön zu bewohnen. Die Ausstattung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es ist ebenfalls ein Netflix-Zugang vorhanden. Familie Marman ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht auch mit Tipps und Vorschlägen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die kostenfreie Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein. ;-) Im Keller des Hauses ist ein Weinkeller, wo auch eine Weinprobe angeboten wurde. Die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war ebenfalls kein Problem. Rundum ein gelungener und angenehmer Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Wir hatten sehr entspannte Tage. Es war himmlisch ruhig, so dass wir richtig gut entspannen konnten. Wir haben bewusst einen Ort fern von Trubel ausgewählt. Herrlich war der überdachte großzügige Balkon. Unser Hund war dort gar nicht mehr wegzubewegen(...1 A Katzenkino ). Frau Marmann war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kurz: alles war wunderbar! Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir waren Anfang November für 10 Tage hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung durch die Weinberge laufen solange man will, an die Moselkante ist es nicht weit und obwohl bereits vieles in der Umgebung geschlossen hatte, wurde es uns nicht langweilig. Wir genossen die Ruhe. Vielen Dank an Familie Marmann und ein Lob für den leckeren Wein!

Ankommen und sich sofort wohlfühlen.Herzliche Gastgeber! Eine tolle Weinprobe mit dem eigenen Wein aus dem Weinberg der Gastgeber! Tolle Wohnung und Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf die Umgebung.Lage direkt in den Weinbergen!

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Nächte im 2 OG mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und für 3 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne!

A very nice clean modern apartment well equipped and ideally based for exploring the Moselle. the owners live next door although we had no reason to call on them as everything was excellent.Some of the places we visited were very impressive,BURG ELTZ, NEUMAGEN and best of all TRIER only 20miles away on the Autobahn.We used their park and ride as parking in Trier is expensive for a full day.Wonderful atmospheric centre oozing history ,style,good shops and eating places one day not enough.If you travel by car leave some room in your car to buy the in house wine very good and a very reasonable price.Many thanks to our host for a warm welcome and a relaxing holiday.
