This is our second property at Lake of the Ozarks. We take care of our condo AND our guests. A 5 star review is our goal with every stay! Stay with confidence.

********BOAT SLIP INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL!! Our 10 x 30 boat slip is available for your use every night. The boat slip is literally 53 paces from the bottom of our walk off deck.

Whether you are looking for a family vacation, couple's retreat, golf getaway, or a girl's weekend, our condo offers something for everyone. This freshly updated, tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, two bathroom, 1300 square foot condo has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable.

This is a 3 bedroom, two bath LAKEFRONT condo at the 21 mile marker in Osage Beach inside of a no wake cove. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf water park and many restaurants/night clubs are within minutes from the Ledges. Sycamore Creek Golf Club is a couple of miles up the road. Blue Moon marina rents boats and personal watercraft and is right around the corner. They also offer launching of your own boat and trailer parking.

The Ledges complex offers two beautiful swimming pools OR a sandy beach area to swim. The pools are open until 11 pm nightly. There is also a sidewalk right off the deck which will lead you directly to one of the pools. The Ledges also has security officers on duty.

The living room is open to the deck and has a 50" flat screen "smart" TV with cable and DVD player. We've tried to include every convenience to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The deck spans the length of the condo with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while sipping a couple of your favorite beverages and grilling burgers on the brand new gas grill.
Our kitchen is thoroughly furnished from dishes/cookware/utensils and stainless steel appliances. Make your own meals or enjoy take-out from any of the numerous restaurants and grocery stores close by.
The Master Bedroom has king size bed with its own bathroom, TV and a sliding patio door to the deck. Second bedroom has queen size bed and a twin bed with a TV/DVD combination while the third bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV/DVD combo.
A brand new full size Maytag washer and dryer is also included with your stay.

Great location

The location was perfect for us - calm cove, close to dock, boat slip included, proximity to Osage beach by boat and car. The unit was advertised to sleep 9 and we had 6 people. Although there were enough beds, there wasn’t enough room for us in the family room nor at the kitchen table as they only seated 4. The outdoor furniture sat 3 at one table and 4 at the other but they were different heights. We love to play cards at the lake and that just didn’t work well. Beds were very comfortable but the couch was not. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking and eating. The dishwasher didn’t work well and the washing machine could only use hot water. If you are staying a short time this would be fine but we had a 2 week stay. Overall, you can’t beat the location especially if you bring your boat. But the inside wasn’t as comfortable as other places we have stayed.

Location was ideal. Condo was accommodating for our stay. Boat dock & slip were great to use. Tom was great with communicating & addressing a maintenance issue we had. Definitely would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs of the deck were under construction so getting to the dock from there was a little tricky. Once it’s completed it will be a perfect location for boaters.

Wonderful stay!

Our daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren stayed the week for a 4th of July family vacation. The property was perfect for our family in terms of location to area attractions, restaurants and stores and we especially enjoyed the pools and beach. The unit was cozy, clean and spacious and supplied with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable too. Tom was also very responsive anytime I messaged him. Just a couple minor things that the deadbolt was a struggle to lock and the toaster needs to be replaced but otherwise everything was great. We would definitely stay again!

A Comfortable Stay at the Lake

Our stay at this condo was delightful. Check in and working with Mr. Herndon was a breeze. The condo is set up perfectly for kids. We could sit on the deck and watch the kids fish from the dock. The boat slip is well protected and had easy access. The kitchen is well supplied. Our grandkids enjoyed the beach, pool, and feeding the ducks. We would definitely return to this rental.
